- Upon checking out, a woman in a black wig disrespectfully threatened to call the police if we were five minutes late.

- I stayed there for 4 nights. The first day, everything was clean and nice. The location is about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Red Square. 1- However, the Wi-Fi was weak and didn’t reach my room, and even at the reception area, it didn’t work properly. 2- There is no phone in the room to contact the reception, so every time you need anything — even for a simple question — you have to go downstairs yourself. 3- There is also no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage. Fortunately, the kind lady at the reception helped me carry mine. 4- During the following days, the room was not cleaned at all — no vacuuming of the carpet, just new tissues added to the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned daily. 5- Used coffee cups were not washed. 6- Towels were not changed — I had to use the same ones from the first day until the last. 7- Breakfast costs 1300 rubles, as shown in the attached photo — the price is too high for such a small meal (about 62 SAR), which is usually the cost of a full breakfast buffet, not just a single plate. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re staying for more than two nights — the lack of daily cleaning will make you feel disgusted. I give 2 stars only for the kind and polite ladies at the reception and location.
