Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room. We booked a room with a view of the river and bridge. The view is stunning. The hotel is located close to popular attractions for visitors to the city. Nearby is a riverside promenade with its own restaurants offering panoramic views and a climb up to the fortress grounds.

The hotel is located right on the Sava River, making transportation very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport bus terminal, and it's also not far from the city center, so you can choose to walk or take a taxi.

The room with the balcony I booked didn't actually have a balcony. The location was very central, but it took a few minutes to walk there with my suitcase.

When we asked for room cleaning on the first day, only the sheets had been collected. Even the empty coffee cup was still there. It could have been better. The location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're on Belgrade's nicest street.

Located right in the downtown which is very convenient. Breakfast was good and included a wide range of fresh products.  The personnel was friendly.  It would be good to have at least a small gym studio.  The linen has not been changed for more than 4 days until I asked for the change. A duvet cover was torn.

I stayed many times in this hotel. Breakfast is very simple compare to other 4 stars hotel. it's still ok for me. . This time feels not good. which made me unhappy is that I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me. and it called an expensive one (named hotel taxi and not a regular taxi), which is more than 30% higher than you call a taxi on the taxi parking area on the road by urself. The location is fine. The hotel is clean. The people are nice. But it needs to have some maintenance (but they will fix it on the spot), the breakfast isnt worth it and should be skipped.

The room wasn't large, but it had a separate shower and toilet area. The century-old building was designed in a modern and cozy style. I stayed two nights, and the room was cleaned promptly. The receptionist explained the hotel facilities very carefully. This is a very nice hotel, close to the main attractions, a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options, the front desk service is excellent, and there are rooms with luggage storage.

The impression would be probably even better if the visit were in the summer, but even in winter time 8t works. However, one objection rema8ns, regardless of the season - it's the WiFi: poor to non-existing connection (not only my experience). That's why only three stars. So, please do something about it.

Decent hotel, the rooftop restaurant was beyond amazing. The location is alright, pretty close to the city center.

To be honest, the location is good, but other than that, I don't know how to describe it—it's tiny and uninteresting. However, to be fair, the rooftop restaurant is indeed quite nice for coffee and breakfast, which is the only highlight I found. Overall, the price-performance ratio is just average.

Very good service and location. We had a good stay at hotel Amsterdam. The roof bar/ restaurant has an amazing view. The only pity is that the swimming pool has been under maintenance all the time during our stay. A bit disappointed as the pool is also one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

Quiet room in a well located hotel, within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast was nice. However, the hotel and rooms really do not look like the pictures; it is a small hotel (which is fine in itself) but the lobby space is very limited and the rooms are smaller than they look. There's still construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, the front desk staff were great; they were understanding when I explained the situation and moved me to a higher floor on the opposite side of the construction, which solved the noise problem. The Hotel Aleksandar has great staff and service. They are always happy to help and kind. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Serbia, Slavko is a great server. I have been staying at the Aleksandar regularly for seven years and I am always happy to stay here!

The hotel building is under major renovation and doesn’t look appealing at the entrance/ full of dusk downstairs. However, the room itself is newly renovated and super decent, it’s a great value of money for the room itself and superb location. The reception is on 5/F and the rooms are on 2/F.

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.

the only thing that anoyed me is that at the reception the girl who gived me back my passport told me that i must pay one watter botle 5 euro i never touched anything from bar that was firts thing second thing was i gaved her 20 euro she gives me back 10 euros and 500 denars. ................................. other things were very good

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked

The hotels is ok. The location is really central but you should take in mind that it is really noisy cause there is loud music from the cafes next to the hotel. The music stops approx 00:00, so it is not possible to sleep before that.
