The hotel is right next to the airport, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There is an airport shuttle bus, which is suitable for passengers with early and late flights to stay. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is good.

Location is great near the airport, but you would need to walk on the grass if you want to walk from the airport there is no sidewalk. Free shuttle is available upon request from the hotel to the airport. Room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel itself seems a little bit aged.

Nice breakfast buffet that included in the price, the rooms are good, but dark with no sunlight and worn out, you can see dirty walls for example. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very well located for business matters and it has a big capacity. It is very convenient for me personally, so I might be coming back, however the truth is it is much worn out. I stayed in the premium room and there was nothing premium about it. Major renovation is needed. The gym and spa are also in very bad condition. The breakfast is okeish.

I think we spent a total of 9 nights in this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are wonderful, the restaurant is great, the breakfast is fabulous and our view of the square was beyond amazing! The area around the hotel is a bit noisy at night, but i guess that is a expected when staying in the city. If i have to choose an issue with the hotel itself, i would say the showers are a bit small. But if there was ever a need to stay again in that region of Serbia, i would, without a doubt, choose to stay at this hotel again. Probably one of the better hotels in this part of Serbia.

Location is superb, the parking was not cleard of snow, water in the main pool was colder than expected, staff is great but one elevator was out of order for days in mid season, so it was hard geting in and out of the rooms.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

It is recommended to book a suite at this hotel in Nis in the future.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

Overall it's pretty good. This suite has a single bed that was temporarily added, which is relatively short. And there is only one bathroom, which may not be enough for four people, but everything else is pretty good!

What a great opportunity to actually be in a hotel that traces back to the year 1923 and still functions perfectly well with its door-less antique lift, toilet set that works just fine a century on. Palace Hotel makes me feel like a time traveler, back to the future for at least one night. A national pride for Belgrade and a tourist treasure! I enjoyed staying at Hotel Palace! It's clean and in a great location. The best thing about it is the breakfast buffet, which is delicious and has lots of choices. The hotel also provides a driver to/from the airport, which is convenient if you have a very early flight.

The room and the bathroom was neat and spacious. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food items, there was fresh vegetable salad and fruits with a choice of bakery products and cornflakes which was sufficient for vegetarians like us. Booked it because of the sauna and bathtub. There was a bit of a problem with warm water for bathtub. There wasn’t any just very lukewarm. Sauna is great, takes time to heat up but it does. Only bad thing is ..its in the basement, But for the price definitely for consideration

Great location, right in the city center, and it's a 20-minute walk to the free airport shuttle. However, during my four-day stay, room cleaning only happened once. If you don't want trash piling up, you have to take it out yourself.

The environment of the room is good, and the location is a little bit off, about three or four kilometers away from the business district. There was a small incident from one person. There was a fire alarm during this stay (probably because someone was smoking) and a power outage. Everything was amazing but pools and spa were overcrowded at times which was a bit overwhelming and didnt feel very sanitary having hundereds of people in thouse saunas.

Excellent! Each house has its own parking lot - very convenient, but it is unclear how the barrier opens. In the room: free mini-bar (two bottles of water, two juices, two Pepsi). We asked to bring more water, they brought it, thank you very much. Also in the house there is a coffee machine with capsules, the coffee is very tasty, but strong for me, there is not enough cream in the mini-bar or milk...

A small hotel in the center of town. Bus station near, old town within walking distance as well as the castel, the river. friendly and helpful staff, helped us with everything. Good breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean, the hotel is more like a 3 star hotel but there is something warm and cozy in its simplicity. Excellent location and good value for the money we paid.

The location was good and I was able to walk to various sightseeing spots. The reception staff were very kind and polite. The only downside was that it was hard to find the parking lot. However, I would like to use it again.

A beautiful hotel. Have stayed here several times. One situation left a bitter aftertaste. Our child wanted to take his half-eaten apple with him and the waitress wouldn't let him. The apple was literally snatched away and thrown away. The whole thing was commented on as not being allowed to be taken away.
