What a great opportunity to actually be in a hotel that traces back to the year 1923 and still functions perfectly well with its door-less antique lift, toilet set that works just fine a century on. Palace Hotel makes me feel like a time traveler, back to the future for at least one night. A national pride for Belgrade and a tourist treasure! I enjoyed staying at Hotel Palace! It's clean and in a great location. The best thing about it is the breakfast buffet, which is delicious and has lots of choices. The hotel also provides a driver to/from the airport, which is convenient if you have a very early flight.

Hotel Palace was a nice choice. Its location was superb. The staff was nice and the breakfast was really impressive. My stay was a time travel because this hotel was from the 1980s. My room was fine. The bathroom was very much outdated and the toilet was not sealed on the floor. The lift was kind of interesting.... Anyway, It was OK!

This budget hotel offered extra space, and a quiet place to relax, unwind, rewind, and recharge to see the sights. The room and the bathroom was neat and spacious. The breakfast was good with a wide range of food items, there was fresh vegetable salad and fruits with a choice of bakery products and cornflakes which was sufficient for vegetarians like us. The hotel is in a very good location, so I didn't even use public transport but It is very well connected to public transport, tram and bus stations are nearby. The hotel staff is very pleasant and friendly, always ready to help. The room is in ok condition, but the only complaint I have is the bathroom and the mosquitoes. For the money I paid for the room, it was more than worthwhile.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level. However, the bathroom door in room 509 opened in the wrong direction, blocking the sink when open. Room 613 did not have this problem. Other unoccupied rooms on the 5th floor with their doors open were also fine.

Would be better if there’s coffee provided in the room. They gave complimentary water on the first day, no more refills after that, perhaps its because I didn't ask for refills or perhaps it's only complimentary for the first day. It is very close to Airport City, so there are many business travelers. But why is the elevator so difficult to use, very slow and noisy. The room facilities are also quite old, and there is no minibar. The good thing is that the breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of dishes. The hotel is very well located for business matters and it has a big capacity. It is very convenient for me personally, so I might be coming back, however the truth is it is much worn out. Really nice hotel in downtown Zrenjanin. Great price/ quality ratio. Super comfortable and staff was very kind, with private parking. Room was quite big and nice. Breakfast was really delicious. They could improve a little more on the cleaning side.

The area around the hotel is a bit noisy at night, but i guess that is a expected when staying in the city. If i have to choose an issue with the hotel itself, i would say the showers are a bit small. But if there was ever a need to stay again in that region of Serbia, i would, without a doubt, choose to stay at this hotel again. Probably one of the better hotels in this part of Serbia.

This is a 4-star hotel and the rating is just about right. The rooms are on a small side and, somewhat unusually, staff come to check the mini-bar very early in the morning. Breakfast is fine and the location of the hotel is in the very heart of the town.

Nice room with great air-conditioning. Late checkout at 11 was great. Good gym. I liked that that the hotel dinner went till 21. I usually stay at Hotel Fontana, which is more expensive, but i think Zepter is better, so I'll come here again!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

It is recommended to book a suite at this hotel in Nis in the future.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. Our group of 39 young people (post-university) spent four nights here for our first visit to Kosovo in March 2026. It was a welcoming, gentle experience. The breakfast bar was exceptional, a true range of typical Kosovar foods and flavors. Also, some of us walked 500m to the nearby (500m) Albi Market to shop for some small needs.

Great hotel, clean and convenient with a sauna

Everything was amazing but pools and spa were overcrowded at times which was a bit overwhelming and didnt feel very sanitary having hundereds of people in thouse saunas.

Excellent! Each house has its own parking lot - very convenient, but it is unclear how the barrier opens. In the room: free mini-bar (two bottles of water, two juices, two Pepsi). We asked to bring more water, they brought it, thank you very much. A beautiful hotel. Have stayed here several times. One situation left a bitter aftertaste. Our child wanted to take his half-eaten apple with him and the waitress wouldn't let him. Pleasant hotel in the fine fortress the Austrians left in Petrovaradin in the 18th century. In a quiet position, many of its rooms (including mine) overlook the Danube and Novi Sad. The Hotel Aleksandar has great staff and service. They are always happy to help and kind. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Serbia, Slavko is a great server. I have been staying at the Aleksandar regularly for seven years and I am always happy to stay here!

Location is great near the airport, but you would need to walk on the grass if you want to walk from the airport there is no sidewalk. Free shuttle is available upon request from the hotel to the airport. Room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel itself seems a little bit aged.
