Elba Sara Beach & Golf Resort in Caleta de Fuste

We stayed in August 2024 and returned for the first week of the Easter hols 28th March - 4th April as part of my Mum's 70th birthday celebrations. A party of 5 adults, a 14 year old and our two daughters aged 7 and 4. As on our last visit the staff make the hotel and the reception team are always so welcoming after a long travel day. It's so convenient in a taxi from the airport (around 10 mins) and approx 20 euro with tip and as last time our rooms and views were just perfect. We loved the Italian a la carte and Mexican night in the main buffet. We always like to still have a couple of meals out and fado rock steak house in town aswell as shivam Indian next door in the shopping centre we're both lovely meals out! It's a lovely flat walk along the beach promenade to town (approx 30 mins walk) or 5 euro in a taxi with tip. It's so convenient having the shopping centre right next door with a huge spar for in room snacks and lots of shops for a browse out the sun. Our girls are massive Pepe fans and loved the kids club, the blue mat to run along in the pool, the pool and foam parties, kids club and mini disco! The animation team were great with them. It was so nice to see a couple of familiar faces like Ari in the lobby bar from last time and some great new staff members! Yousef is just amazing so funny and kind to the kids aswell! He is an absolute credit to the hotel always working so hard. We tend to holiday in Orlando every other year and on alternate years have tried lots of 4 and 5 star all inclusive resorts including h10 resorts, riu and ikos hotels. We always look at the price we pay for the hotel as you generally get what you pay for but this is by far the best value all inclusive we have found. We will probably be back soon!

Fantastic fantastic wow !!!!

What a fantastic hotel. Great location, stunning views, big clean comfy rooms. We went for 7 days all inclusive. Food was fantastic and a good range of drinks included in the all inclusive ( some branded). But best of all were the amazing staff. They go out of their way to make you welcome. Big shout out to the wonderful Roberto who works on reception, a true people person with a big personality. We honestly have zero criticism. Thank you to all of the staff to giving us a wonderful week.

Visited for mother’s day weekend and had a fantastic time. Lovely hotel with great rooms plenty of space for three and the beds were so comfy. The food and drink were spot on great choices at all meal times. The animation team tried really hard and weren’t too pushy and we all had a great weekend. Would definitely return here again in a great location and lovely walk into the centre of Caleta de fuste with a good shopping centre just next door too.

Excellent customer service, staff were friendly and polite, and really made us welcome. Location is a short 20m from the airport, near the beach and a short walk from the town. It is worth noting that the hotel is directly under the flight path, so you will see and hear planes overhead.

The food was as expected for an all inclusive, some of the nights were better than others. Lunch and breakfast were reliable.

The main area for improvement is the service to the rooms, they should provide bottled water daily. We consistently found ourselves thirsty and having to plan evening trips to the bars to get water. Some of the towels provided had holes and tears to them and were not clean enough - the attention to detail isn't there.

The free roaming cats were lovely, and it was nice to see the local wildlife in the hotel grounds, such as hedgehogs.

We loved our time at Elba Sara. It’s our 3rd time in Caleta de Fuste and our first time at this hotel. We will definitely be back next year.
We can’t fault anything - we stayed all inclusive and we were pleasantly surprised by the extras we got.
The entertainment team worked really hard - the selection of activities was varied.
The food was fantastic and the restaurant staff were pleasant and friendly.
Cleaning staff were fab too!!
Overall a really lovely and relaxing stay.

Everything was amazing, the food, the service (particularly youseff) and especially the animation team!

They were amazing and looked after the kids and built such an amazing bond with the kids over the 11 days. Can't thank them enough... The entertainment every night was fantastic even for adults. It really made the holiday! Thanks to Jessica, Giulia X2 allesandro, aitor, Ivan and Ruben and all the others.

The service at the bar was a hit or a miss. The service at the reception was excellent. The entertainment was good. I liked that there was 2 different places for entertainment every night. I would have preferred a dance floor at the lobby bar. Clara from Brazil was the best entertainment. Samu was great too.

This is our second time here. We came last year for our son's birthday and came back because we had such an outstanding time. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean, the food is exceptional and the staff, particularly the animation team, make the whole experience spectacular. I would like to keep this place to myself and not advertise how great our it is but we would be doing the staff a disservice. From the cleaners to the receptionists and bar staff everybody goes out of their way to make you feel special. The animation team in particular made extraordinary efforts to elevate the overall experience. Thanks Julia, Reuben, Alex, Ivan, Julia B and ALL the bar staff you are all superstars! We'll be back next year and bringing more family. Thanks everyone and see you next year!
