Amazing hotel with brilliant staff, entertainment for every age group,lovely food, clean and spacious rooms. The distance to the beach is 3 minutes. The special shout out goes to Kati, Eugenio, Mendez and Cristian. The hotel serves the food literally all day long. Reception is open 24h, cash machine in place. Evening entertainment was brilliant and the same as day activities. This hotel should be rated as 5*. We will definitely be back!!! Iberostar Park well done, you're the best ❤️☺️🌞

Lovely hotel and staff are amazing especially Jessica the guest relations manager and we had an amazing receptionist & bell boy who greeted us on Sunday 18th. Id highly recommend the hotel for a relaxed family break.

We stayed 29th Dec - 2nd Jan: our first time away for NYE. I wasn’t sure what to expect having only ever done AI before in the Maldives and Ikos. I knew I couldn’t expect the same from a 4 star hotel, but it turned out to be a great option for us as a short-haul winter break. I’m not a fan of buffets, but the food here is very good. The wine and beer were drinkable and you just help yourself. By the pools, you can help yourself to drinks too. They have non-alcoholic Pina Colada slush and a fruity slush. (Then you’re able to add your own booze to it if you so wish). Ice-creams are also available and snacks from lunchtime. Pools are apparently heated, but other than the pillow pool, they were too cold to be pleasant at this time of year. Thankfully the children enjoyed the pillow (although it’s slightly unnerving to watch as parents). For pre-school children this hotel seems fabulous. It had adorable mini sunbeds, slides and pools. There was less for our tweens, but they enjoyed the table tennis and the lovely beach just a 5 ish minute walk. There is also a football/basketball court and a tennis court. Enough to fill our 4 days. The hotel does have a small arcade, but I thought this was overpriced at €2 a game. We had a sea view family suite and the accommodation worked very well. The children had proper beds in the lounge and we had a separate bedroom. Beds were comfortable and the shower was fine. Hairdryer is one of those that you have to keep the button pressed. The hotel supplies soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, but no shower caps and extras. They also don’t have irons/ironing boards! So pack well! The deposits taken for the towels all worked ok, and were understandable, but I didn’t see why they charge for the safe. €3 a day to lock away your valuables seems an unfair money-making extra. For NYE the staff went all-out to make sure it was special. The food and wine was a notch up again, with wonderful seafood platters and beef wellington to name but a few dishes. Good entertainment and singers. The disco was more appealing for younger ones, but we could head to the bar for some UNO before countdown and fireworks. We were lucky with the weather and it was worth the hour transfer from the airport to get the best chance of sun. We had a very enjoyable break and recommend to other families for a good-value winter sun destination in Europe.

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, especially Pablo & Alina (Animateurs), amazing selection of food and excellent & various evening entertainment. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Great children entertainment.

I am really amazed about this hotel and I am really glad I went there. Espacially Nano made our vacations the best ever. The staff was great and helped where ever they could. The biggest reason of coming back is Nano and we really miss him and the time he played with us. Great time.

Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 15 and 10. We have had an amazing time, cant fault the hotel at all. Location is quiet but down the beach is short walk to shops. Hotel offered excursions which we used and couldn't fault at all really good days out and got to see the island ( unless have car or pay alot definitely take advantage if want to see more ). Entertainment really good, food was great selection and I cant fault at all didn't struggle to find things we like. Entertainment team are fabulous and loads of activities on through the day. Photo staff are lovely and we got some lovely Rooms are gorgeous super comfortable Hotel is immaculate and always cleaners around. Not a noisy hotel and very easy to relax. You do have to pay to use spa but was only 14 euros for hour which thought was pretty reasonable. Games room massive hit with our older kids and kept them entertained of an evening. Would definitely return.

This is a happy hotel. The hotel is very well managed. On reception Eleena gave us a great welcome, while Lorenzo is so gentlemanly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean. Our room was cleaned each day to a very good standard, our corridor was under Nadia who was very friendly and very efficient. The buffet restaurant is excellent. The many waiters and chefs all take great care with their service, head waiter Damian was always quick to find us a good table, the ebullient and friendly, chef Barri is highly skilled and a good example of the hotel's special quality as is the quiet, maestro, chef Ali. Taking a holiday in early November has its risks in terms of possible storms. When the rain came the staff were ready to entertain the children indoors, bravo! You do need to be fit to holiday here, there are a lot of steps! The hotel does have a good system of lifts so you can avoid many of the stairs but at busy times you have to queue amongst families with small children and their pushchairs. I prefer to use the stairs myself. We enjoyed taking evening drinks in the well appointed bar, which was run smoothly and well by Gorge during our stay. He was so friendly and helpful - he even provided his own weather report for us, which proved to be spot on. Ana and Francisco also made sure we had everything we needed, all in all the pre-dinner drinks time was made very pleasant. If you need anything, keep an eye out for Franciska as nothing's too much trouble for her. Her English is fluent. We found her exceptionally helpful. The hotel has a very good system for providing guests with fresh drinking water. There are water stations near all the rooms where you can choose cool, sparkling etc. This is environmentally friendly which is an added bonus. Finally, there was always a queue for Teresa's omelettes at breakfast. I liked the way she cooked the omlette on both sides before folding it. Her omelette was perfect every time - made me think that Gabriel the chef in 'Emily in Paris' would certainly hire her, if he could!

Could be a 5 star hotel brilliant for children all ages. Food brilliant great idea with the drink truck. Also great to have a room on first floor then adults can still enjoy sun and child still close by
