Very good all-inclusive catering with multiple a la carte restaurants. Generous and extensive bar. Varied and decent quality evening entertainment.

Standard buffet has very little variety which puts pressure on to book the restaurants at the midnight deadline. We managed OK, but it's hassle that could be avoided.

Staff were the most helpful I've ever encountered and all the facilities were very very nice, clean and well kept. No pressure on sunbeds when we visited in mid November.

Easy access to the beach and local town.

We upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay. Staff are really friendly and everything was spotless. Although there were always sun beds available we noticed people had their favourite spot by the pool so would often ‘save’ their sun beds from early in the day. Food was very nice although a bit repetitive.

A quality hotel, with great amenities and a modernised look. Lovely rooms that are spacious and comfortable. There’s a very large lounge bar area and main restaurant. The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality. The pool and the gym were excellent and there were several options for activities at both. Seemed to be a good location with a walkway by the beach immediately behind the hotel, although we only left once or twice as we had everything we needed at the hotel.

Just come back from a short 5day break and what an amazing experience.

From the momement you arrive to departure you are more than looked after.

Lucia from the reserve team gave us a great tour of the hotel and even made sure we had the best sea view from our room. She went out her way to get wanting to get us booked in for dinner as we were only there for a few days. The room itself is stunning and very well presented. House keeping staff were excellent.

The reserve pool bar/restaurant has an excellent selection of drinks and food was delicious. Thanks to Jonathan for the mojito's- best ones we've had. Also want to mention Carolina for her excellent service - she couldn't do enough for you.

They hotel itself is located perfectly and you have everything you need inside the hotel and outside.

If you want peace & quiet and to feel completely relaxed this is the hotel for you. We can't wait to come back and stay and one the villas.

Thanks again for making the trip something to remember.

This is purely a review of the hotel's customer service, as we never actually got to stay at the hotel due to sudden flooding, but the way the staff dealt with an awful situation was very, very commendable.

We arrived on a Sunday night to find the hotel closed and without power - basically a worst nightmare scenario. But a very kind and patient member of staff helped us find alternative accommodation at another 5 star resort on the other side of the island, with a promise that the hotel would cover the difference in price.

Obviously I was skeptical and followed up with their team over email shortly after we got home, expecting to fight a losing battle. Instead they were very quick with their responses, and within a few weeks they had paid the difference as promised, as well as covering the taxi we had to take across the island to our new hotel!

Will very much be staying with them next time we're on the island. Thank you again for your fairness and hospitality.

A brilliant hotel. A true 5 star experience from the first moment to the last.
The location is amazing, on a beautiful coast.
The staff are superb, the food is top notch and facilities are first rate.
It’s impossible not to have a good time here.
We also visited in April 2024.
Likely will be back in 2026..
Also, it’s awesome for cycling here.

Great hotel
The hotel is fabulous and the food was really good too. The only small issue I had was the lack of explanation/clarity of the "reserve" option that has an exclusive access lounge and access to both swimming pools, instead of just the one.

Was a great location near the beach
A good all inclusive hotel that has decent facilities - was difficult as vegetarians as buffet has no vegetarian options. The included restaurants are better for vegetarians but they were difficult to get a table at.
We did the reserve option which we would recommend as it was much more relaxing and did not feel busy despite the hotel being fully booked. The reserve staff (particularly Lucia) were very helpful and accommodating with regard to meal options and activities.

Overall a relaxing stay.
