First things first, the food is appalling. We couldn’t eat here. It was beyond poor. The lady at the night bar didn’t like us getting two glasses of wine before AI closed, so we just bought some at the supermarket. Best to avoid this negativity. It’s hard to get sunbeds around the pool. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff were friendly. We tipped them well. The reception staff were nice, and the guy from Italy at the bar was very kind and helpful. However, we would not return. It was not worth the money paid, especially considering we had to eat out. When we bought rolls to make ourselves at the supermarket, the older lady in the restaurant was not pleased when we took four small butters just before lunch. This experience has made me think I will never go all-inclusive again (although I have been to great five-star resorts before). Birds flying around the indoor restaurant were also a hygiene issue. Disappointing overall.

No where near4 star, we've been to hundreds of hotels this is the worst by far. You cannot go into the lounge until 6.30pm which has no ambience at all, the entertainment does start until 9.30pm and is the worst we've had. Even though very few people in the lounge by 8.00pm they run out of various clean glasses and serve gin and tonics etc in a pint pot!! or small wine glasses. Only one bar staff on so queues when it eventually gets busy both in lounge and pool bar. The restaurant food is very mediocre and poor choice. Even in March not enough sunbeds and the pool although was listed as being heated until April was not and freezing. The good thing is the location is acceptable

Rooms spacious and clean. Ask for a topper if you/kids are on the sofa bed, I’m 69 & it was ok I didn’t get backache and it was comfier than the beds apparently. Bathroom although is cleaned daily needed a deep clean. Towels well worn and not full bath size and I’m a regular size female. Pools FREEZING. Could usually get a sunbed but people queue from 8.40 if they wanted a particular spot. Pool bar ok and staff nice. Coffee was good at the bar and the restaurant but I’m a boring Nescafé lady. Youngest Granddaughter needed a hot chocolate after being in the pool. Entertainment very poor. Staff in general very pleasant and helpful. Most disappointing was the food. Squash instead of fruit juice!!! No apple juice all week. Butter FLAVOURED spread that didn’t even melt on hot toast. Pizza that tasted of nothing and generally undercooked. Cheap pastries like lidle pre packed processed. Fruit choice dried up kiwi sliced oranges green bananas. The yoghurts were ok and lots of nuts and seeds. We ate out almost every day (so AI probably not the best choice for us but expected better for £1500 each but I guess the hotel may get a miserly proportion of that ??? ) and to be honest apart from some fish restaurants others were pretty poor. We would rather have less choice and fresher seasonal meals but that’s us and we usually choose five star so may be just us. We went to the Capital on the local Bus, even the bus driver lol when asked where we should visit. TBF the hotel is in a good spot near the main strip and ice cream seems a specialty here. Doubt we will visit again but that’s my review and others like it.

Just got back from a 5 night stay here, and really enjoyed it - would return, but would request a different room. Only negative was that our room was right by reception , which also meant our bedroom backed onto the road- this wasn't an issue until 5-6am in the morning when things were being delivered to the hotel and would wake us up- better sound proofing windows or being provided with some earplugs would have been great. The second time it happened we were going to ask to move but we'd unpacked and weren't there for much longer so just decided to leave it. Other than this we really liked the hotel, staff were lovely and welcoming- cava on arrival and got taken straight to lunch which is appreciated after travelling. As a vegan it can be a struggle to eat properly on holiday but honestly the food was great and I was full the entire time! Vegan options with every meal time that didn't just feel like an add on - there were dishes with lentils, chickpeas, beans, quinoa etc, and a pasta dish, salads, roasted veggies - all genuinely so tasty! The quinoa was the best I've had. Would have loved a vegan ice cream or sorbet option as puddings were limiting but always lots of fruit. Also the coconut yogurt at breakfast should be better labeled as they're all in the same bowls and the signs get moved so one morning I made a bowl up which turned out to be normal yogurt - maybe the hotel could put the vegan yogurt in a different colour bowl to help identify? Other than this I was impressed with vegan and veggie options ! Also (this is explained on arrival) if you tell the reception you're happy for your room to not be cleaned that day you get either 2 premium cocktails ,or an hour in the jacuzzi with a bottle of cava! Which we took full advantage of and thought it was a really good idea :) Always space in the dining hall and doesn't feel like you're crammed together like at some big hotels. Deffo a quieter more relaxed hotel- practically in the middle of Carallejo so really close to the beach/shops etc which made it super convenient to nip out. Without those few downsides we would have given it 5* for what we payed we were really impressed :)

Nice hotel but could be better…. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were spacious and staff friendly. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants and the beach, so location is perfect. On arrival around 10pm we were just directed to our rooms - I think at this time of night a member of staff could have helped with cases or shown us to our rooms. We were a party of 5 with a child and 2 elderly family members. It was hard to see in the dark and as the hotel is like a little village it wasn’t very easy to find the rooms. Then we had to carry 5 x cases and a pram up a flight of stairs. Our room had a problem with tiny ants, they were all over the dressing table in the lounge area - in the kettle all over the tea/coffee etc.. It was horrible! I wiped the dressing table down and then had to spray it all with ant killer! Not ideal on your first night. Hotel also seems to have a problem with cockroaches - I’m aware that warmer countries have them but in the evening we saw at least 10/15 each night near the bar/entertainment area. Pool area is lovely and spacious with plenty sun loungers and towels are provided by the hotel free of charge - which I thought was a nice touch. The food was terrible! I’m not a fussy eater, and will eat most things but I just did not enjoy the food at all. Not enough choice and it was either burnt or cold! Even the chips were cold! The toasters in the morning were dreadful - had to wait around 10/15 mins for your toast to cook and I’m not exaggerating! Entertainment was basic in the evenings - it started at 9:30pm and ended at 10:30pm. They had singers, dancers, bingo & karaoke. Overall, a few small changes and this hotel could be amazing!

Stayed at here at the end of November hotel is in a very good location close to shops and restaurants. About 5mins walk to the beach. Staff are very attentive. Pool area is lovely and well kept grounds. Food at the hotel is nice always something to eat. Rooms are clean and comfortable, only issue we had was the bathroom is in the bedroom which wasn't very convenient with three adults. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a lovely weeks holiday here. It’s very close to shops, bars and small beach. And only a really short bus ride to the dunes. The staff are all so friendly, whatever their job. The animation team are brilliant and also not too pushy. They make an effort to get to know you. The food was lovely every single day and had a great variety. Miguel and Sabrina at the bar were absolutely hilarious and also so friendly. All staff went all out at Halloween, dressed up and also a really brilliantly themed dinner. Had such a lovely week and did not want to leave. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel leans towards the Italian clientele which to be honest doesn’t bother us as we’ve been previous years and enjoyed the food but always went out and used it as a base..but can’t praise the staff enough feel like family but this year a certain pizza chef would rather talk than cook leaving the cooking station for quite a while we were in the dining room for around an hour and the same two pieces of pizza was there the whole while and never replaced until we were ready to leave ,Last year the pizza and pasta chef was amazing and we never went out for these foods as he was great

I have travelled to the corralejo village lots of times over the years and seen changes everytime. The location of the complex is perfect not too much in thw centre so you can hear any loud music but a flat walk into to centre as it is just off the main strip and only 5mins to all bars and restaurants should you want to eat out. The rooms are clean and comfortable well decorated and maintained. The food is good and there is always something for everyone as i travel with a fussy eater. The hotel reception staff and bar staff are all really friendly and accommodating as always. But this visist was slightly different as the entertainment was mainly geared for Italian guests this year we had Lucia she is new and was really good involved everyone which can be had sometimes when youre working alone. She did great she did aqua gym mini disco cocktail games and more. Hopefully she will get a colleague to help get people involved. She is getting a well deserved mention 10 out of 10. If I can't get back before I'll be back in October next year hopefully she'll still be there.

The worst Burger King ever! Takes forever to make an order as nobody speaks English. We were charged 30% extra (salad + drink was supposed to be 5.40, not 7.40). Avoid.

Service is abysmall, workers don't care & take all the time in the world. Plus you're lucky if two people are even serving!

we had a lovely stay in this modern and cosy restaurant
we drove all the way up from el castillo to savour their freshly flame grilled burgers and to say that we loved them is and understatement.
we definitely will be back after pay day!!

Smelt bad, the level of service wasn't good and the wait was long. Probably the worst I've been to.
