Food was good as was the rooms and massive swimming pools, the only problem was all the entertainment was in french! We were not told that the place was french owned and very much geared up for french people. Dissapointed as we couldnt join in with the games or entertainment

Food and drinks very poor. All entertainment is in French. Tap water was brown and smelt. But good pool area and good location. I would not visit again.

I don’t think I’ve ever met so many rude people in my life. If you’re English good luck because unless you speak fluent French you won’t have a clue what’s going on. Food is truly awful and the staff are rude. I will never be stepping foot in this place EVER again. Didn’t cater to my diabetic friend, or my disabled friend. Treated like aliens because we were English. Avoid.

You pay for what you get . Not a 3 star hotel more like 2 but a cheap family break away, hardly any entertainment and all in french, food was very basic and not a great selection especially when there is a couple of fussy eaters in my family had to eat out a couple of days. I wouldn't say all inclusive from what I've experienced all Inclusive in the past. Staff rude and not welcoming atall .Good location near to beaches harbour etc short walk or 5 mins on electric scooter I would definitely return to this area but not to this hotel

All inc not inc WiFi, pool towels or room safe. Activities, tours all in French. Food good. Room good, cleaned well. Facilities good too. I like it, despite total French bias.

Staff are friendly enough but don't go all inclusive if possible - the food is very basic (the so-called Chicken Curry was revolting). There are plenty of good places to eat in Corralejo. Family orientated so I also felt a bit apologetic about being there on my own.

Some of the rooms are a bit old fashion with very ugly furniture(if you're expecting air-conditioning in this place... don't... There isn't in any room) After a visit from my wife at the reception they moved us in a slightly better room. Other than that good food, nice staff and pools for everyone. Great programs for children and the most amazing part was the wather Park(not located in the hotel. 5 min walk) . I recommend this place and probably I would even consider coming back here If they install some air con in the rooms.

It needs air conditioning rooms are 2 hot .. some of the staff need to be more polite. It needs living up in the evenings maybe a adult disco as well as kids disco. A bit more atmosphere in the evening and it would be great.. ON PLUS SIDE 2 FANTASTIC SALT WATER SWIMMING POOLS. .

Excellent choice of food at all meals, some really good seafood on offer.
Rooms were vast and clean, a little outdated but nothing garish.
Facilities were well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful.
