Great Villa, exactly like the photos. Pool was better than expected. It is well furnished with all you would need. Staff are very helpful and kind. Location is close to bus stops and supermarket ( 5 mins walk) and about 10 mins walk from beach.

Nice bungalow in a complex and nice breakfast on site. A few problems with a sewage leak, but was promptly fixed. Nice and quiet location.

Beautiful luxurious villas, huge windows with lots of light and looking out to manicured gardens. Had a private pool. Additional €35 per day for heating. Very peaceful and private villa. A walk to the main town but back up a steep hill. Staff were extremely attentive. We can’t wait to return. Buffet breakfast was included with a good variety of items. Two coffee machines would be nice as there was often a small queue for this. Some days they seemed a little short staffed. Villas very clean with fresh towels.

BEST OF ALL TIME great buffet I recommend getting a heated pool because we got one . Our villa was 13 and was great lovely staff , especially Alberto who welcomed us at reception and cleaners it's not too small about six people could fit in our one. 100% out of 100%to the pool Best holiday of my life,5 stars xoxo,sarah

A fabulous place to stay my daughter & I were upgraded to a classic villa instead of a room at their sister hotel. The villa was beautiful with its own private pool, we had the benefit of hotel services at a villa. The place was cleaned alternative days & the pool was maintained regularly. It was really quiet too. The restaurant on site is in a beautiful setting & offers a wide range of choice for breakfast. We ate dinner at the hotel where food was also excellent. Puerto delCarmen is a short walk away, although guests with mobility problems might need to use a taxi service. Staff were so lovely nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely stay again

The service was just excellent, always there for help and for a fast reply. Felix and jovi are great! Thank you very much. The entire villa area, is super clean and has a clear concept. The connection of the area is good, and you reach Yoga, Restaurant and gym classes.

Absolutely stunning villa! Stayed for a three night stay for a friends 40th birthday. Absolute perfection. Immaculately clean, spacious and beautiful decor. We were lucky enough to have the deluxe villa. The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much for them. The location is perfect, quiet in the day for relaxation and a short walk into the town which is filled with a huge amount of bars, restaurants and shops! Spoilt for choice, bonus the weather was absolutely 10/10 Will definitely return.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Villa Alondra. Our 2 bedroom bungalow was beautiful and spacious, and had a hot tub. Breakfast at Arenas Lounge was delicious and the poolside setting was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and helpful, texting every so often to check if we needed anything. I cannot recommend Villa Alondra highly enough. We had a lovely holiday.

Stayed in Elementis Villa at end of October, enjoyed the extra space and facilities, Booked half board which is served in a central building, 5 minute walk. Breakfast is buffet style, some cereal, bacon eggs etc, cold pancakes, juice. The plates are tiny, presume that’s to stop you eating too much. Ironic when you’re paying €900 a day to stay there. Only tried evening meal once and wasn’t impressed so ate out in the resort. We would go self catering next time. Cleaner came once during our four days. Pool guy came, had not realised that anyone can access the pool by walking around the side of the villa. Glad I was fully dressed! Some Signs of wear and tear. Microwave hanging out the units. Cushions on the outdoor furniture could do with a good clean. Shower leaks across the floor so you need a towel to make a barrier, The Villa was very nice though Our pool was warm on the first day. Then freezing cold after that. When we inquired we found out you can pay €35 a day to heat the pool. However, that is a three day minimum. As we only had one day left, we didn’t feel it was worth €100 and there’s no negotiation with the staff. Maybe this could’ve been communicated better? We managed to get a late check out it is €15 per hour. And they are very prompt to kick you out, ha ha
