Can't think of anything bad to say about the place. Had stayed in a few different rooms at castle harbour. I had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair and mobility scooter and there was no problem getting around in either of them. The only real bad part. No washing machines had been available in the apartments I was in, though they did have facilities available within the hotel.

Nothing like the reviews or pictures in my opinion, its out dated ,small , feels like a prison,bars on all doors and long landings only thing that is going for this hotel is the pool,dont be caught out like myself and get a sunlounger by the pool as you will be told of,what they don't tell you is you have to pay for them each day .
The rooms are left with rubbish in for 4 days before uou see a cleaner .it may be cheap but hygiene is important with all this covid .
We have booked a room for 3 adults and we have 2 single beds and a sa that doesn't even pull out .
The kitchen well its self catering ,well self catering as long as you only want to use a microwave in a kitchen that has 4 lopsided cupboard doors with no work surface and you have a kettle and toaster near the sink infact its right next to the sink .
Its the worse place i have ever stayed.

Feel very safe here. They're very good with sanitizing, wearing masks etc. Lovely pool. Friendly staff. Bar good.

Went to look at an apartment at castle Harbour unfortunately not right for us but had spectacular views, up at the top of the hill! parts of pavements did not have mobility dropped pavements on one side of road so not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Castle harbour apartments does have a ramp for access and a lovely bright reception area, lifts are small and corridors were a little confusing if you don't know where you are going, but I'm sure if you were a regular guest you would get used to it.

Our apartment had what we needed to put our heads down. Had to buy to lend a hairdryer for the week.
Book disabled accessible accommodation in advance & double check before departure. Booked with Hays Travel but when we arrived 1) they did not know I was a wheelchair user, told us that Hays Travel did not inform them 2) we had to wait 3 days for a better accessible room 3) my wheelchair could not fit through any door frames in our room 4) it is at the top of the steepest hill in Tenerife

Great apartment that we stayed in Wi-fi was fairly slow but for free who can complain tv and the tech in there was all brilliant would definitely go again could do with a lick of paint here and there and some maintenance on stiff locks. Can’t complain at that though

Realy nice Hotel. We did stay for over the week in one of their private apartments. It was absolutely amazing. Nice pool area and friendly staff. Not too far from the beach.

Flat was clean and had everything you want for a self catering stay. Pool is excellent and is 25 degrees. Bar and facilities are nice and staff are kind. Good if you have kids as the pool has a shallow kids section and the room I was in was child friendly. I think all the flats are owned privately, so standard may vary from place to place. I don't know tbh. We had a nice sea view and a sunny balcony that was ample in size and safe for kids.

Well it's a bit of a hard one as our holiday was just ok.. I have been to a lot better and been to worse!! We arrived in a large group and should off had out rooms togeter(ish ) but we where spread about? The pool had lots of repairs going on and work men cutting tiles ( bad timing I suppose) all rooms where different some nice and some just ok , had to get cleaners in and change a mattress!! But 2 rooms lovely.. some staff lovely and some staff at the bar where rude , despite trying to be nice to them.!Bar shuts at 11pm and security waiting to take pool cues off you and shut it down , you couldn't get a couple.of drinks and sit there they couldn't wait for everyone to leave!! Quite close to lots of nice restaurants and 10 min walk to beach front but an up hill walk back which was ok for us! I wouldn't say don't go if you get a cheap deal and your the type of people who like us just get on with it , and don't want a wow holiday complex then go for it !!
