Family of 4 we all really enjoyed our stay here.
We found all the staff really polite and friendly, we got a nice ground floor room which was really nice & spacious.
Good variety of food each night at dinner.
Breakfast was also nice!
Hard to fault found it good value for money.
Huge improvement from the last time I stayed here.
Very small issue with our room which was rectified right away!
Common areas of the hotel are kept nice and clean pool area was also nice.
Spa looked good loads of options for different treatments etc.
You won’t go far wrong staying here.

- Rooms large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (though tight with 4 people )
- Location was great, next to the taxi stand and the main road.
The Bad
- Lack of hygiene in the restaurant: I saw cockroaches on the floor, and they used the same tongs for raw meat and the cooked meat. Plates were not always clean.
- The breakfast was chaotic. It was extremely hard to get utensils, cups run out for coffee, glasses run out for water/juice
- The pool was overcrowded; it was impossible to get a lounger, since most were reserved and the lifeguards did nothing to empty them
- 60% of the machines in the gym were broken
- Pool tables were broken
- The restaurant food was repetitive ; mostly OK but you get what you pay for
- This was not a 4 star hotel; a reasonable 3 star certainly
We were given 2 joint single beds , and not a double bed - not ideal for couples .
Food choices were limited in the full board . Not good tasting food.
Food service was slow.
Have to wait long before you can find glasses for juice and coffee at breakfast.
No cutlery provided at dinner once , despite being asked for a few times .
The coffee machine ran out of milk and was never topped up during the breakfast session.
Over all , poor service .
Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean.
We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained.
Food is good, a little bit repetitive, but this was not a problem for us for the type of holiday we were on (kids were more than happy and plenty for them)
The real selling point of this hotel is the staff in every area, all of them are very friendly and happy help with anything questions or issues. As mentioned in other reviews Ramon on the pool bar is amazing and goes above and beyond, makes a very family friendly atmosphere around the pool every day.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I absolutely loved it! The service was fantastic from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ramon at the bar — he was amazing! His customer service was exceptional, and he really made sure we had a great experience. He always asked about our day and showed genuine interest in how our stay was going. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes me want to come back again. Highly recommend!
There are, however, a few things that could use improvement. Most of the elevators are quite worn and feel outdated. One of the pool guards had a consistently unpleasant attitude and seemed to change the rules frequently about what was allowed in the pool area, which created confusion and frustration.
On the bright side, the kids' entertainment staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, engaging, and truly made a difference for families traveling with children. Food at the hotel was generally very good with a nice variety, though there were occasional dips in quality.
Room cleaning was quite inconsistent; some days it was spotless, other days a bit lacking. That said, the hotel still offers a very enjoyable stay and has many great features. With a few updates and better consistency in service, it could be excellent.
