The hotel’s pools, including an adults-only section and a heated indoor spa pool, received positive mentions for cleanliness and accessibility, including wheelchair access to pool edges. Staff friendliness and helpfulness were frequently noted, especially restaurant and bar personnel such as Natalie, Rafael, and Miguel. Entertainment programs, both for adults and children, were described as professional and engaging, with special praise for the Valentine’s night show and kids' activities. The hotel is well equipped for families, offering a mini club, playground, and child-friendly facilities such as high chairs in restaurants and children’s beds on request. Complaints about extra charges were common, including a €15 cash deposit for pool towels, €1 for towel exchanges, and fees for safe usage and pool access despite all-inclusive bookings. Some rooms, especially Privilege rooms, were described as small and oddly shaped, with dated furnishings and occasional odors in bathrooms. Guests experienced long waits at reception and empty or poorly manned Privilege desks, along with difficulty booking a la carte restaurants due to full capacity. Construction noise during stays and maintenance issues like a broken back gate were noted, impacting guest comfort and convenience.

Unfortunately never actually got to stay here. Currently in Tenerife and looking for an additional weeks hotel stay for next week and had been recommended to stay here. As we were in the area decided to call in to the hotel. Unfortunately the security guard would not let us in as he said we were not guests, we tried to explain we want to enquire about staying next week but he still told us quite rudely that’s not possible. We appreciate hotels must have security but really this guys attitude was appalling and if it reflects the hotel as a whole am glad we have found somewhere else.

We were having a lovely break at this hotel but it was completely ruined by a very rude security guard speaking to us like we were trash. We arranged to meet friends in the reception to go out for the evening. My friends arrived and we stood quietly chatting by the door whilst waiting for my partner to come down from our room, when this large security guard came over waving his arms and pointing saying to my friends get out you are not guests get out. It was wxtremely humiliating, he treated us like drunken troublemakers . I explained we were waiting just a few minutes for my partner to change his shoes but despite being a guest he still ordered us all out. I understand there may be a policy that only guests are allowed in but this was just inside the door and did not need to be dealt with in this aggressive manner.

My husband and I spent 11 days in the Conquistador and enjoyed every minute. This is a hotel for all ages, we are mid 70s and I have slight disability problems but the hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities throughout. There are pools suitable for all ages which we always found warm, we even used one of the kids pools at times. The adult section is really nice, we enjoyed it very much, and again, wheelchair accessible right to the edge of the pool, I was really impressed with that. The situation of the hotel was perfect for me front and back. The back gate opens onto the promenade which is so beautiful with the sea and surfers on the other side . Lots of seating right along the promenade, and lots of beautiful shops for the shoppers. We were booked just half board and found the food and restaurant much more than adequate. I’m not a foodie but I’m very particular, probably didn’t even try 90% of the food available, but my husband did, and always found something to please him. The choice was amazing, and the chefs were there to cook fresh whatever you requested……. Sometimes a queue but hot fresh food is worth waiting for. Don’t worry too much about the sun bed situation, there’s always lots available and I never saw anyone having towels taken off beds (even though they should have been). The adult section is quite different…… you can’t put towels down before 8am and you are supposed to stay until 9am before going to breakfast….. it worked for us. We don’t usually do Entertainment but it was amazing most nights. Valentines night was unbelievable, just so professional . Also the kids entertainment during the day (when the kids were there) I think it was a mid term break for about five days and the team were full on. Even the kids club at night when there was only a few wee kids there the team still entertained them . Finally I have a big thank you to my “crepe “ ladies ……always under pressure but always in full control, and to Rafael who flipped my eggs every morning with the biggest smile. I’m only home and I want to go back 😎. Enjoy x

The hotel was amazing from the food, room, location and atmosphere. I would always question if going all inclusive if the wine they offer you is on the all inclusive plan. As I was charged for a bottle of wine and not advised at the time it was extra. I disputed this charge with the duty manager and his response was well my staff are highly trained and would mention this before serving to me which I took as the him saying I am lying which is not good response. The managers need to invest on how to speak to customers as we are paying a lot for this service and do not like being told we are lying.

4 day stay in a Privilege room for £350 a NIGHT!! In short. Small room and a funny shape. Anyone much larger than me or dodgy on their feet would have trouble using the loo. Awful reception service, always at least a 10 minute wait every time. Privilege desk never manned. À la carte restaurants awful . I booked 3, tried the Italian and cancelled the other two. I have never had a worse meal in any restaurant. À la carte restaurant for breakfast also a waste of time. That left the buffet. The cooks do their best with a lot of cheap poor quality ingredients. Ever had a prawn cocktail with one prawn in it.? Coffee awful at breakfast if you can find a machine that works. Waiting staff try hard and are very pleasant. Lunch at the pool bar wasn’t worth the effort. Drinks at the Piano Bar were ok and you got the privilege selection there that was was the only place however. Beach bar you didn’t. The privilege sun deck was ok however it reminded me of a cruise deck. Line of sun beds next to each other. I like space don’t like to be close to other guests. A large area is in the shade till midday which adds to the cramped conditions. Only benefit being privilege are the mattresses. Self service bar is nice but for the amount payed some service would be nice. Entertainment was amateur like, very corny and repetitive. I could go on but there is no point. The venue was also unsuitable. Lines of temporary fold up uncomfortable chairs. Columns and walls obstructing the view. Do not waste your hard on money on this hotel. If you do don’t go Privilege Most of the serving staff tried their best. There were a few however that were in the wrong job and one individual in the coffee shop named Adriana absolutely horrible as was the disgusting coffee. It was my second attempt at a H10 Hotel that was in Lanzarote about 5 years ago. I wasn’t happy then but it seems much better after this joke. I wasn’t happy then but it wa

Wouldn’t stay here again. Said it had had a refurb but the room was still dated and had a foul smell in the bathroom as soon as we arrived. The second day we arrived we sat on our beds for a while then our newborn was fussing so we popped out for a little walk outside the hotel to get our baby to sleep came back and all our stuff had been taken, towels which you already have to pay 15 euro each for as a deposit and if you want to change them it’s another euro each time. Most normal hotels towels are free and you can change without any added cost. My bag had also been taken with all our babies bottles formula etc in them. We were then told when trying to find where our stuff had been taken to that we are unable to reserve beds however, we were not reserving them as we had sat there for a little while until we had to tend to our baby. The food in the buffet is average edible but not the best and not a lot of selection. The staff were pleasant and friendly which dos make for a better stay, and it is right on the beach and nightlife for the evening but all in all I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Just spent a brilliant all inclusive week at the hotel, all the staff were friendly, kind, courteous, happy and professional throughout my stay, they couldn't do enough for you, the hotel it's self was excellent, from the pool areas with plenty of sunbeds (not a problem getting one, maybe different in summer) to the bars where there was plenty of staff never had to wait long to be served, there's also a waiter service in the main piano bar, the spirits were all branded as well, meal times were excellent, and always plenty of food with a good variety, rooms cleaned every day, i couldn't ask for more, the only drawback i could think of is the 4 main lifts, my friends wife struggles with stairs, so if she wanted to go down to the restaurant/pool area from the main reception area and pressed -1 she said sometimes it would go up to other floors 1st to pick people up, but as i was on the 1st floor this didn't affect me as i barely used the lifts, over all though would definitely stay her again.

Absolutely shocking experience. Requested to upgrade but specifically stated needed to be near a lift due to mobility, couldn't get any further away. Advised could only change on day 3 which was a room near the lift. The receptionists were rude and dismissive, and were unhelpful. The construction noise from inside the hotel, which was constant from Sunday 25th -Thursday 29th 2026, included excessive drilling, hammering, and banging, which was unacceptable over the pool area. You need to do building work close the hotel, and should we have been advised we would have changed hotels prior to travel. This should have been an errata which it wasn't. All this hotel wants is money, the hotel rooms are unsuitable, and need refurbishing, and not as described. I will not recommed this hotel based on these factors alone, and will never stay here again. Shocking and ruined our family holiday which was for a peaceful celebration.
