BLUESEA Piscis - Adults Only Hotel in Alcudia

Yet again this hotel and its staff were great it’s our second visit we had yet again an adapted room due to my disability all organised through emails prior to our visit the rooms have been upgraded and we now had a small fridge in our room which was very handy. One day when arriving for breakfast it seemed all hell had broken out but was very quickly rectified by the extremely efficient staff and maintenance man they went beyond themselves to make sure we were kept waiting too long and all the choices of food were back out ready electrics were a bit wet but by the end of the next day all sorted hold staff to the catering team this was our first time fir having breakfast as was included you are spoilt fir choice a good edible selection well done guys the snacks around the pool are fab as well. Can’t say we had any problems extremely helpful and highly recommend this hotel One very small issue on the day we were leaving an elderly guy fell from top of stairs to the bottoms at the front of the hotel injuring himself quite badly myself being disabled couldn’t get down the stairs so my daughter and two lovely Irish ladies went to help him I went into tell the reception staff what had happened and they rand for an ambulance a chair was eventually bought out by a member of staff but to be honest I was surprised it was left to my daughter (first aid trained) and these two other ladies to administer first aid until the ambulance and police came but they were exactly helpful I would’ve thought all staff would’ve been first aid trained at least this us my only gripe sorry guys otherwise can fault you xx

Fabulous hotel, check in online to the hotel before we left so it was. a super quick check in, room we booked was a triple and it had adequate space and the bonus of a fridge as we thought we may need to hire one. Not a lot of wardrobe space for 3 adults but that was ok. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond they are all so nice. Our balcony door did not lock and we reported this to reception, with an hour he nicest gentleman came and fixed it! Bar food/drinks and staff are were great super nice and the food was so good! Shame food stops at 4pm but understandably as they have to serve dinner all the same we sill managed to squeeze in a meal each day at the bar :-) location is perfect 2 mins walk and you are at the beach and fantastic places to eat all around.

Very good hotel , clean rooms and amazing swimming pool!

Just got back from 5 nights on my own staying here. My coach transfer dropped off right outside, so a great location. Also a supermarket next door, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. I got checked in & out by Marga (think that was here name) she was really helpful, smiling & great customer service. The room was clean, quiet and a good size, with a balcony, 2 chairs & a table & air con in the room also. The room has a safe (it was €3/€4 per night) just ask for it when checking in. Bathroom needs updating, but it was still clean. Nice size pool, with plenty of sun loungers, with a bar just inside. Plenty of drinks, snacks, ice creams available to buy. I recommend the burger. It was so juicy & got asked how I wanted it cooked. The beach is a 5/10 minute walk away. So I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re going to stay in Alcudia.

Checking in was also possible after checking online beforehand. I was very grateful for that, so the reception deserves a big compliment!

Unfortunately, the card reader in the room was out of order, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged.

Why do beds have to have wheels? Shortly after waking up, I thought I was in the hospital (Casa Blancaca - Camar Blanca).

The hotel is fantastic value for money. We were impressed with the selection of food both at breakfast and evenings. The staff were helpful and friendly. Its location is 200m from the seafront and 400m from the beach. Lack of tea and coffee at te end of the evening meal and in the room were the only shortcomings. Due to the lack of soft furnishings in the corridors noise carries a long way. We had no problems with that but if you are expecting silence after 10 you may have a problem. We had a room at the end of a corridor on the 4th floor and overall it was quiet. Plentiful hot water in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would return if we visit the area again.

We had a great time. Used the hotel as a base to explore. Lovely restaurants nearby beautiful beach lots of walks. Bed was comfy nice and clean thin duvet and white sheets room was warm and clean. Bathroom had new grouting and tiles. Really happy with our budget break. Thank you BLUESEA. We will be back. Room 702
