We had four wonderful nights, a stunning upstairs terrace, and a lovely, cozy room. Breakfast is served at the bar across the street, and the dinners are also excellent.

It was okay but reception should have been more friendly.
The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.

A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

Avoid when possible! Teleworking due to bad wifi not possible!
Hotel staff most of the times not helpful and misleading.
Junior Suite is not up to standard. Room is on the ground floor with no balcony.
Breakfast is prepared for everybody in the morning, but due to the heat, the later you arrive the less appealing the food is looking.
Location is great, the rest doesn't meet a hotel standard.

Staff, food (breakfast and dinner) room and location...all excellent. In view of having to deal with covid related issues, their service was beyond brilliant. Gracias...

Their restaurant was recommended to us by friends who finally even joined and got seriously embarrassed. While the service was attentive, friendly and patient the food was horrible. The risotto was fast track reheated swimming in oil, two burgers came far from the way they were ordered. Best looked the salmon which however came with an extreme saffron sauce not to the liking of our friend.
Long story short, wouldn't return. The setting is really nice but the kitchen was horrible. At least the burger ordered medium well could have come right, instead it was medium raw. The meat on top of it was soggy like in China where they soak it in water and starch, likely the patties were frozen ones challenging the Chef....
