Supposedly had a "superior" room on top floor (despite requesting low level due to disabilities) nothing superior about it. Walls were dirty wiyh matks on them. Bedding threadbare. No wardrobe door just a cupboard with 2 shelves so couldn't hang full length clothes. Room supposed to be cleaned daily. Had to go reception as no toilet rolls. No kettle or drink making facilities in room. As per other reviews inside bar not open so have to do out in rain to outside bar to get drinks and come back in navigating slippery floor. Sunbeds are mouldy. No tables with any sunbeds around pool. Food cold unless you go minute restaurant opens as nothing keeping it warm. Small woman worker who drags feet everywhere burst out kitchen door into restaurant nearly knocking me flying when struggling to walk with a crutch carrying a hot drink. Looked at me as though I was to blame no apology! Drinks machines kept failing and having to report to fix. Room cards had to be reprogrammed twice in 4 days apparently due to being close to phones that wipes the signal according to reception. Rep was nice but aware of issues. Pool has broken tiles. There are loose slabs outside on way to bar. Not very safe with children as people use it as a street cut through. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner not provided. No plug for sink. Mosquitos were a problem in October with bites at night in room even tho door shut. A very run down hotel claiming to be 3 star on tourist tax

We went to the Condes on 28th September for 14 days we found the staff to be very good & the food was fine but what spoiled it for us was the room (605) it was very old furniture there was only one power point in the room under the TV & you couldn't put the balcony lights on. The bathroom was not good for me I am 71 & have a knee problem & when you sat on the toilet your knees were under the sink which was a struggle. We go abroad twice a year and have never had to pay for the room safe but at the Condes it was 76 euro for 2 weeks which is robbery also it was a safe with a key which means there must be a spare key in case you lose yours so it is not 100% secure most hotels have digital safes so you enter a 4 digit number of your choice. Would we stay here again the answer is no. They should give these old rooms to younger guests because of the toilet set up.

We are currently here, this hotel is not a good all inclusive, food always warm , thank god for the microwave, no balcony light asked at reception said against law to use them (lol) , the first night it was raining hard only one bar open by pool , so had to run across in rain to get drink , no waiter service no one cleans up , only ever one bar open by pool , no glasses allowed so have to drink out of plastic glasses , spirits very weak , room only has one plug under tv , toilet right by sink , so you have to manoeuvre around to sit on it , no plug for bath or sink , rust on bath , curtains soiled , decoration dirty , pool loungers dirty, , needs a total overhaul, asked about up grade had a look at a room , not worth the money just for a free standing shower , plug situation still the same , one plug under tv , if holiday had been cheaper than we paid then would be ok , but for an extra £200 we could have gone to Mexico , if you ever been there that’s what you call all inclusive, overhaul would come to alcudia again but not this hotel .

Very nice modern room, lovely view from the balcony. Hard working staff in all departments. All kind and helpful. Hotel very close to the beach but suffers from having no garden and its pools in the back courtyard, which can be accessed from the street at either end and has no gates but does have vigilant security staff. Despite having to follow a gluten free diet, I found something to eat at every meal. The salads were to a very good international standard but some of the hot food lacked any discernible flavour and looked tired. The desserts were better and a good reward for some of the aforementioned disappointing hot food. Although it's really not my thing, I thought the entertainment staff worked very hard and provided a great service. I got moved to this hotel by the holiday company at the last minute, having originally planned to stay somewhere I had been before and although it was a pleasant break over all, I don't plan to go back to that hotel, due to the lack of any garden or nice views in the communal outside area.

I am currently on day 6 of a 7 day all inclusive holiday here at Globalis Condes De Alcudia. I have tongive an honest review after reading some of the negative reviews. This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I have a twin room with a balcony at the back of the hotel with a majestic view of A Church in The Old town and panoramic mountains. It's a beautiful peaceful balcony to read or have a glass of wine. The room is of a very high standard and cleaned every day if you request. Beds, shower all new and high quality. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of fruit, freshly baked breads, full breakfast etc and plenty tasty fresh salads. Lunch is the same high quality salads and meats or fish. Evening meals, we mostly choose vegetarian of which there are numerous options. It's location across the road from the beach and 5 min walk to marina is ideal. The old town bus stops outside the door. The staff at reception are always very helpful and available and all dining room service is excellent.

Clean hotel and great service from all the staff! Food is nice and all inclusive drinks are good! Entertainment is great! Daytime lots of activities including aqua aerobics, shooting etc! Ernesto head of animation team is amazing! Such a credit to the hotel! He has so much energy and gets everyone involved. Also, Zulle is great too she is so friendly and also gets everyone moving in activities. 1 min from beach and all the shops restaurants etc. only downside rooms are small but service and cleanliness makes up for it

This was my first solo holiday, and to be honest I didn't actually look up any reviews so I had no expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Condes from beginning to end, with no huge complaints. It's possible that I'm just easy to please, but I had a great time. Pros- -The animacion team were superb. They were very energetic and did a fantastic job making the guests feel welcome during the pool activities and evening activities I attended. The curly haired gentleman was especially amazing! -The rest of the team were all very friendly, the bar staff and cleaners were always polite and chatty with me. -Very close to basically everything I wanted to see in the area, such as the beach, shops, the excursions office and the old town just a short walk away. -The pool wasn't huge but it was never exceedingly full while I was there and there were always sun beds available. -Some nice variation in the meals available on different days. We had Japanese, Italian and seafood available. Cons- -Being on the 9th floor meant I relied on the elevator a lot and there were times it took some time to arrive, due to all the other guests using it on other floors. I imagine this wouldn't be a huge problem if you're on a lower floor though. -Female lifeguard seemed a bit picky. I didn't realize that drinks weren't meant to be taken poolside and she let me do it. A number of guests jumped in the pool without a telling off, yet she told others off. Some swimmers were allowed to play with balls and splash about a lot, whilst others weren't. There's probably more nuance than that, but it was noticed. -I had the spaghetti once and some of it was still stiff, not boiled all the way through.

Me and my friend (22 and 23) came back from visiting this hotel for the past 5 days. We were a bit sceptical due to the reviews however, I can honestly say it was phenomenal and we would love to go back. 1. The staff- wow!!! We couldn't wish for anything better. The bar staff were phenomenal, quick and for to know their guests they ended up knowing our orders. They were super helpful and always willing to amend your order to how you would like it. Next, the entertainment team. We met 3 of these, in which 2 of them made our holiday Ernesto and (natcho? Not sure how to spell his name) there was also a women but she never introduced herself to us so we don't know her name. She wasn't that talkative and didn't want to get us involved but this didn't matter as the other 2 involved us the whole time and it's so clear Ernesto is so passionate about his job. He was so inclusive and understanding of needs and adapted where he needed to, he had clear communication and was always up for helping anyone. 2. The room- nothing wrong with this, the room was clean, spacious and the balcony was an excellent size. The beds were comfy and they provide you with a duvet and extra pillows kd you wish to use them. 3. The food- this is what I was most skeptical about especially having an allergy. Any member of staff you ask will help you and will tell you what is in the food. It was always well presented and topped up if it ever runs out and lastly there was such a wide selection. Sometimes there wasn't always something we loved at lunch but that's because I am fussy but the snack bar by the pool always had something. The PIZZA is something else, it is delicious and always got topped up if it ran out. Breakfast- had fruits, paistries, churrros, cereal and fried food every day. Lunch- was always a mixture as was dinner. 4. Sunbeds- always available 5. Location- perfect location with 10 min walk to most places 6. Entertainment- every night it starts with a mini disco and then Bingo it is 2 euros per ticket, this was great fun. After that, there was a different performance we had 2 amazing singers and dancers when we were there. The only negative is the women lifeguard, she made up rules on the day and changed them for certain individuals. Some were allowed to play with the ball and then sometimes she would tell others off. She would ignore some people drinking by the pool and then others ignore it. This was shockimf as most of the time she was on her phone or eating lunch so she picked and chose what to pick up. We would really reccomend here to others and we would like to go back.

I don’t usually leave reviews I’m generally easy to please and not one to complain. So please don’t think I’m being overly picky or dramatic. But after spending 9 nights at this hotel in Port d’Alcudia, Spain, I felt compelled to share our experience to help future travellers make an informed decision. My partner and I booked a last-minute trip and weren’t expecting luxury — just a clean, basic 3-star hotel to use as a base while we explored the island. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far below even the most modest expectations. Room (0/5) We stayed on the first floor with a view of the street I refused to pay €25 per night extra for a so-called “sea view.” The room itself was tiny, poorly maintained, and dirty. There was nowhere to properly store our clothes no wardrobe shelves, not even a chair. The balcony was ironically larger than the room itself. The bathroom was especially problematic. The toilet is positioned so close to the sink that it’s difficult to use properly, especially for men. There was mould around the bathroom, and we had to leave the light on constantly due to the presence of insects, including cockroaches — some of the biggest I’ve ever seen. I left one (after killing it) in the corner to see if housekeeping would remove it — it was still there when we checked out. That should tell you everything you need to know about the cleaning standards. My partner was bitten during the night badly enough that his foot swelled and he needed medical attention. These bites clearly happened in the room, not outside. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable like sleeping on rocks. We requested a replacement, which they provided, but the new one wasn’t much better. We also had a persistent sewage smell coming from the large vent in the room, especially when other guests used the bathrooms in adjacent rooms. They attempted to fix it by pouring bleach and pesticides into the drains, which just made the room smell toxic and unusable for hours. Thin walls meant we could hear absolutely everything from neighbouring rooms. Hotel Facilities & Maintenance (1/5) • Room door had to be slammed to close properly. A staff member attempted to fix it but couldn’t. • The pool was completely unusable. It was so small it looked more like a bathtub than an actual pool. Definitely not suitable for relaxing or swimming. Food (1/5) We tried the hotel food a few times but quickly gave up. Most dishes were cold, the plates and cutlery were often dirty, and overall quality was very poor. Both my partner and I ended up with upset stomachs after eating there. Entertainment (0/5) There was essentially no entertainment. No music, no atmosphere, nothing happening in the evenings. If you’re expecting any kind of lively or even basic hotel entertainment you won’t find it here. However, if you’re looking for something fun and truly enjoyable, we highly recommend Barco Nina in Alcudia Port. 10 stars and beyond! They have amazing food, great drinks,

The location of this hotel was definitely a highlight! Just a short walk to the beach and docks, and nicely tucked away from the main tourist area. The entertainment team were fantastic and really made the stay memorable; they were engaging, full of energy, and clearly loved what they do. The main reception staff were also lovely and very welcoming on arrival. That said, there were a few let-downs. While the hotel was generally clean, we were disappointed to find holes in the towels provided in our room. The air conditioning only worked on one setting and was incredibly loud, which made sleeping difficult at times. The food was quite basic, and unfortunately, breakfast items were often cold. It was also a shame that the all-inclusive cocktails were very limited and came from pre-made bottles, which didn’t feel like good value. Overall, a mixed experience, great location and fantastic staff, but let down by some basic amenities and food quality.
