We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers in 2 junior suites. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were huge and comfortable , but what’s with these totally open bathrooms? No privacy at all and I need more than a too small frosted glass door between me and my husband when he’s having a poo!!! The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The food in the buffet restaurant was ok, the food in the restaurants was very nice. We stayed 5 nights and was allowed 3 restaurant bookings with our half board. Drinks are very expensive €8 for a basic whiskey. The location of the hotel is lovely. 5-10mins walk to Alcudia port and beach. 15 minute walk to old Alcudia town, which was surprisingly lovely. We had a very nice stay, just not everyone wants to hear their family on the toilet.

Lovely location with good access to beach and local sites. Buffet breakfast a bit of a bun fight with lots of small children running wild and constantly cold and tasteless coffee. Good selection apart from that. Other restaurants were good. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

We visited Zafiro Palace Alcudia in August as a couple and had a lovely stay overall. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We also really enjoyed the cabanas over the water, which were a great place to relax during the day (providing the kids weren't running over the foam float at the time) The hotel is clearly very family-oriented — extremely child-friendly, to the point where it felt more like a family holiday destination than a couple’s getaway. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but worth knowing in advance if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere. The entertainment was very much children focused and so there wasn't really anything on for adults. The food was the main area that didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations. The buffet selection was average, and could definitely be improved. Some examples were onions cut roughly, fruit that looked discolored and past its best. The à la carte restaurants were better, although unfortunately, I did experience a bout of food poisoning after having sushi one evening - (although granted this could just be my stomach). It would be nice if the hotel introduced a quieter breakfast area for adults or couples, as the main buffet can be very loud and hectic in the mornings. On the positive side, drink prices were fair and the resort itself is very pretty, with well-kept grounds and a relaxed vibe once you find a peaceful spot. We did enjoy our stay overall, but it didn’t deliver the full 5-star experience we’d expected. I probably wouldn't go back as it doesn't really deliver for a couple.

Stayed here for a week from late September to October '25. We were with our newborn son, two other couples and their children. We had the best time - the hotel staff are all attentive, there's plenty to occupy the kids & the rooms were excellent. If you've got a young family this is the place for you.

I am currently staying at Zafiro Palace Alcudia with my husband and daughter. Our stay at this hotel started off well as we were upgraded to a junior suite with pool access, however, we experienced an unfortunate incident whereby my daughter injured herself by tripping into a hole in the ground of the play area located adjacent to the main buffet hall. This was one of many holes in the play area. We reported this to reception and were simply told that they were aware of the issue and that they were going to make sure it is fixed next year. Personally, I felt the reasoning was unjust and suggested to the Guest Relations Manager that the affected areas could be coned off. As a 5* hotel I believe this is something that should have been fixed some time ago. Having spoken to the Guest Relations Manager we were offered additional lunches and bookings for the a la carte restaurants which were welcomed. Overall the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and provides a mini disco that my daughter enjoyed before we went for dinner each evening.

My partner and I have just returned home from a week long all inclusive break at this fantastic hotel. All of the staff are very welcoming and hard working throughout the hotel. We found the young lady at Coffee Corner and Miguel Tur at the Blue Lounge were especially helpful and friendly. We mainly ate at the à la carte restaurants where we found the food and service to a very high standard. Our room and the hotel was well kept and the facilities are good for both couples and families alike. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

A fabulous hotel, with great staff. All are attentive, friendly and super helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Al’Cart restaurants are superb & the food is amazing. The Market buffet style restaurant has a good selection & breakfast is particularly good, with choices for all tastes. Although it is extremely busy and somewhat noisy & hectic most of the time. The Hotel is large, but doesn’t feel crowded in general. Evening entertainment was good, well balanced to give children & adults a good evening. As a couple, we did find it difficult to find a quiet corner, but had a Suite with a private pool which was fabulous. The Zafiro Palace is definitely geared more for families and it is great for young children. We liked the location as a short walk takes you to the marina and the beach. Lots of nice walks and just a 15 min walk to Alcudia Old Town. Overall a good Hotel, and fantastic staff.

3rd Year in a row, and didn’t disappoint again. Easily the best hotel in Alcudia. From the greeting walking in the door until you leave, the staff are different class. The boys at the pool bar recognise us every year and even though always very busy, always very welcoming and chatty. The all inclusive option is excellent, from every option possible for breakfast, the lunch options are 5* and the restaurants are on another level. The location right by the port and marina is another game changer with the beach also a 5 minute walk away. We’ve been on a lot of really good holidays over the years but when you choose the same hotel 3 years running and don’t fancy a change, then it’s clear it’s got something special. Look forward to seeing you all again next summer From , The Mc Callions

What an amazing hotel for families! We travelled with 3&6 year old. It’s geared towards families I would not recommend if you’re travelling without kids. It is chaotic and busy at all times, which is fine if you’re with kids but if I had travelled here before kids I would have hated it. There is a constant chorus of screaming crying and tantrums which in the buffet was really overstimulating! But I won’t mark the hotel down for this as this is out of their control but people should bear this in mind when booking. There is a small adults only area. The service was brilliant, staff could not do enough for us. They were really good with the kids. The hotel did enforce and stop people reserving loungers which was absolutely amazing. We never had an issue getting a lounger and the lifeguards actively cleared beds which had been reserved and not used for over 40mins. A child vomitted in the pool and unfortunately the parents didn’t tell anyone which resulted in the issue being reported later by another parent so the pool had to be closed and cleaned. I was impressed with how seriously they took infection prevention. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities. The housekeeping service was superb and our room was always spotless. The a la carte restaurants were really good! Unfortunately we couldn’t get bookings for the Italian but the sushi and Mediterranean ones were superb. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was good but it was let down by the chaos for us. The location was great a very short walk to supermarkets and the port for lots of great restaurants.
