Lovely hotel - lovely location. Great place to relax and explore the location at your leisure. The food was good and desserts excellent. All staff gave a very friendly service.

From the moment you approach Marga (and her outstanding team) at Reception… until you check out of this gorgeous hotel: you will receive an exceptional standard of service from every member of staff! The location, stunning views and powdery white sands of this 4* hotel will more than meet your expectations! However, the staff’s attention to detail is worth a special mention. They will all do as much as they can to help you make your stay magical! The views are stunning, the food and drinks are of a great standard, the hotel and pool are spotless and look no further for a perfect holiday! The Premium All Inclusive package is worth every Euro and, again, you will be served an outstanding level of satisfaction!

More than we expected! : ) You get to the reception and right there they offer you some bubbly (or juice). The whole building smells good and is very clean. They let you borrow a beach umbrella for the whole stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and so were the drinks by the pool. The only down side for us were the night shows (from 9-11). Don't get me wrong, we could see from our balcony how fun it was but we have a small child who goes to bed early, so it was too loud.

We loved our stay in Canyamel. Hotel was nice, not too big, all inclusive was superb, we had all we needed. Food was tasty, not very big variety, few meals, but all tasty (exactly what I was looking for). Our stay was calm and relaxing. We especially loved location, right on the beautiful beach, not too busy, clean and calm sea, perfect for kids. We also likes swimming pool. I recommend to visit cave, beautiful and walking distance from hotel. Views amazing (see picture). We are planning to come back again next summmer.

We had a good time at this hotel. It was clean But not much to do in the evenings. Food was ok, we took full board which was added with no cost to the nightly rate. You get what you paid for. With a car we were able to drive the island but it is to big so lots of driving time.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, the staff was consistently very pleasant and helpful, the premises were clean and in good conditions, the pool was nice and the food was consistently good, particularly the fruit. Easy recommendation.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view that really stood out. Breakfast offered a good variety and was fresh each morning. The cleaning service was consistent and kept everything spotless. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Canyamel is pretty and calm. The hotel is nice and clean. Beatiful view on the see and beach. The room with see view is ward his price.The staff is friendly and helpfull.The food is not good and the service in restaurant is weak. The service in bar is beter and girls work hard.

This has to be, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay, the dedicated kindness of the staff, the outstanding food, the waiter table service and well appointed rooms make this hotel perfect. Situated in a tiny village… with amazing bus services… it is paradise! Be warned this is not the right place for you if you want a lot of entertainment and English pubs.

Everything was ok, clean, and the staff was very attentive to us. Almost all the rooms have a view of the sea, which is very cool .Este o zona foarte linistita .It is a very quiet area. You can rent cars from Autos Canyamel 300 meters from the hotel. The only thing I would have liked in addition was more fruit both at the table and on the beach.
