Just left this hotel after a 2 week holiday. Can’t fault the staff at all, bar staff Maria, Blanca, Toni and Jose all very friendly and helpful. Martina the entertainer was always about providing activities for everyone and the Diego the lifeguard always making sure everyone is safe and happy. The hotel itself was very nice, and very spacious rooms. Would definitely come and stay here again

Excellent apartment room 20 me and my wife stayed for 1 week from the 1st October lovely sea view and all the staff throughout were very helpful and super friendly will definitely be going back again.

From start to finish Ana was just so amazing and helpful she went above and beyond for my stay, she is the main reason I would stay there again, the rooms are gorgeous and loads of space the shower is lovely too, all the staff at the poolside bar are just brilliant too, I honestly couldn't recommend these apartments enough!

Agree with other comments that the apartments are basic but spacious. 2 things lacking for us , no bedside lights and the shower pressure is very poor. Fantastic location and other facilities good. Comfy beds We had a problem with noisy arguing neighbours next door but thankfully they left! Other clientele were lovely during our stay

Fantastic apartments for the money you won't get any better in Parma Nova. The location is probably one of the best spots you could get for the money. The rooms were clean and tidy. Is grateful if you want a little base to go out and eat at night and have to lunch you and there. We didn't try the food there but we don't anyway. Would definitely come back.

Stayed here in July, hotel is lovely and clean and in a lovely spot access to everything in the area, shops and restaurants all outside the hotel. Rooms could do with an update tatty and very outdated, air conditioning is terrible does not really work. Beautiful sea views. The lady behind the pool bar what an asset she is to you. Better than I expected, I would stay at that hotel again. Everything was fine and very well organized, with good cleanliness and friendly staff.

The only thing was they have the heating on and it’s 20 something degrees outside. And sprinklers where I was at 3am. So I left two days early. However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, pool bar good food and service. Only downside, maid only came once in a 4 night stay.

I’ve never seen a place cleaner in my life, perfect for me and my wife, especially with my two young children friendly staff absolutely electric, I have never had a better holiday and would throughput recommend to people of all ages an unforgettable getaway.

We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. The pool is nice, and the staff is very kind.

Apartment that clearly lacks objects such as dishes or pans, nauseating smell in the bathroom. A swimming pool that is rarely open. Otherwise well located with a nice view.

Couldn’t fault it, reception staff were friendly and room was clean.

You get what you pay for. I am just home from a stag do that I organised myself, and even I was beginning to have doubts with all the bad reviews I was reading beforehand. We had a party of 12 with 3 rooms and there were no complaints from anyone, this included 4 older gentlemen who were comfortable enough to spend the four nights happily. A great base to enjoy Palma Nova and magaluf we choose these apartments for their value for money and great location. The room was well equipped and sized, comfortable and overlooking the main road. We did have a blocked toilet which was swiftly rectified, so didn’t spoil our stay. I hadn’t realised when I booked the hotel that the pool doesn’t open until mid May however that didn’t spoil anything...

Brutally honest review. Was not informed I had to check in online so late at night was trying to do this. Reception is NOT 24 hours. No one ever there , went 4 times every day to get wifi which has to be paid for, but reception always locked. When intercom buzzed rude woman on other end refusing to come to reception...Even left a single female standing outside because she was half an hour too early...

Basic hostel Very very basic stay, but that was expected from price. Location is super good beach is very close (its second line hotel) lot of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, they change towels once in 3 days and clean room and change linen once in 6 days. As I say super basic room, but perfectly fine for budget stay.

Great location. Aircon wasn’t very good and leaked over the bed one day so it was soaking wet.

The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable.
