Magaluf Playa Apartments - Adults Only in Magaluf

Hotel looked nice from the outside, especially with the views overlooking BCM square. However, when we arrived, we were given the keys to our room. When we opened the door to our room there was already a group of lads sleeping in there. We went to reception to report it and she said sorry, there must have been a mixup and give us keys to a new room. A few hours later we were woken by a young couple who had been given keys to our room. Luckily we were still there, otherwise we could quite easily have been robbed. So God knows how often they do that. We complained to reception and they just said they'd make sure it didn't happen again. Needless to say we ensured that all our valuables were locked away whenever we left the room.
All in all, the hotel is in a perfect location if you want access to BCM or the main strip, unfortunately it's severely let down by the staff.
Recommended for groups, but definitely not for families or people looking for a relaxing time

In our opinion, What a dump!
Visited my daughter at this apartment and took her straight back to our hotel for 9 days! Fact.
Ace Working Holidays put her up here, despite the fact she had paid them far more money to stay in a decent hotel that they KNEW she couldn't stay in as that hotel had cancelled the contract they had with ACE. Fact.
This hotel has no lock on the main door so any undesirable can enter. Her room had no lock on the door, no air con (broken by previous 'workers') no cleaner (she refused to enter) my daughter had a mattress on the floor with two others. One of the two bedrooms had no door (broken off during a fight) Fact.
The stairwell smelt like a gents urinal and had vomit on the stairs.
Do not stay here if you have been put into the workers section.
