More memorable than the facilities, however, were the staff. Both the employee who checked me in and the one who checked me out (I wish I'd caught their names!) were absolutely delightful people. Genuinely so sweet and clearly put care into their work. Thank you.
2. Service and staff cooperation was very nice.
3. Breakfast and dinner was really nice.
4. Room quality was very bad. Several damages in bathroom, floor tiles, furniture and many other things. Did not like the room and the facilities in the room.
The staff advised me to keep the balcony door closed to prevent ants from entering, which limited my ability to enjoy the balcony - especially in warm weather and considering that air conditioning is not working well and I can’t just sleep with balcony door open.
On a positive note, the location is quite good. However, there’s no free parking nearby; you either have to pay for parking or leave your car farther away, which isn’t ideal since the hotel sits on a steep hill, making the walk back rather inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel is old and needs to have room renovated equally(there was significant difference between two rooms I stayed in) and urgently needs better pest control and more consistent room quality. I hope this feedback helps future guests make an informed decision.
Everything was fine and very well organized, with good cleanliness and friendly staff.
In a location a few minutes walk from the nightlife of magaluf and at the same time in a quiet area immune from the chaos
