The hotel its self was really nice, good value for money. Good location if you like to be away from the crazy nightlife and get a good nights sleep. However, I can’t say that the housekeepers were great. I had a full bottle of expensive perfume stolen from the room (of course it was taken on the day before we were due to leave so that we couldn’t approach the cleaner ourself). The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Probably same to get Levante beach. Room was basic but ideal for my needs as a base. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was OK. There is something there for everyone. I would stay here again if needed

Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

On arriving early at Hotel Rocamar, we needed to temporarily park our luggage until our room was ready. This obviously saved us hanging around and allowed us to go and look at our surroundings. AMAZING winter brake. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy outdoor pools, but beside this almost everything was perfect in this hotel. Stayed here for a week in May 2025. I think I was the only English person staying which suited me just fine. I stayed b&b - there was always plenty to choose from and it was good quality. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Spotless. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Muy bien!

Very well located in the old town, breakfast was good, some of the staff were miserable. Room was dated with no fridge and a view of another building less than 10 ft away from the balcony. Since they are apartments they are mostly populated with Spanish residents, some of which don't seem to like tourists. The pool area is OK but there's no life guard so pretty much everything is prohibited, you're better off walking across to the Hotel Monika and using the pool there. Taxi drivers don't seem to know where the place is either so you'll be walking back from Monika when you get dropped...

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot. Extra blankets and pillow in the wardrobe. Free use of safe. The breakfast is small but plentiful, Sausages were my favourite. A bin for the room would be better than just the small one in the bathroom.

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Basic but clean hotel with good staff. Food was a bit of a challenge lol. We managed to find something every meal. Go with open mind give it a chance. A few other guests had high expectations and were disappointed. But I think they missed out.

Hotel Rosabel is perfect for couples and the older generation as it's in the quiter older part of Benidorm which has a much more Spanish feel to it with the classy bars & restaurants! The hotel itself has a lovely room with ensuite & balcony and can also use it's sister hotel across the road for it's facilities such as their pool and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family
