We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety. All Inclusive ultra canteen is amazing, less crowded and better coffee in the morning. Rooms are showing their age a bit, but we didn't spend much time in them any way, too much to do and see around the park

We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

A clean and fantastic hotel in the heart of the new town, surrounded by entertainment.

Great location, plenty of food choice for everyone. Dining staff and bar staff not overly welcoming, not horrible but as I say not welcoming. Amanda on reception was excellent and is an asset to the hotel.

Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Hotel is right on the strip, with everything you could want within walking distance. Just felt this year that the food was not as varied as previous years nevertheless a great hotel to stay at.

We had an amazing stay here! Very clean and spacious rooms. Had everything we needed. So good we booked again! Close to the Old Town and New. Can't recommend enough! Great!

Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . Lovely rooftop bar and decent prices for wine and beer. Good breakfast selection. Did not eat anything else at hotel so can't comment. Pool outside . Weather wasn't good enough to sit outside but pool was clean and checked every day.

2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. We are a group of friends who stay at Hotel Nereo every March for the festival. We find that Hotel Nereo suits us down to the ground. Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff. We stayed at Sandos Monaco for 3 nights as a couple in our early 20s. Overall, the hotel was disappointing and felt more like a 3-star hotel than 4-star. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The best hotel in Benidorm for us. The moment you arrive you feel a great sense of relaxation. The decor is fabulous and the pool area is lovely with a warm pool and plenty of natural greenery. I'd recommend one of the treatments at the hotel. It was well worth the money. Food was slightly disappointing as not much choice but always fresh and well presented.

Just returned from our trip to Benidorm and cannot praise or reccomend the Mercure Benidorm enough! We stayed in the Deluxe room which was absolutely incredible. Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. We enjoyed the food which was buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lunch in the pool bar was excellent. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular and the staff are all lovely. We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . I have been a few times this week for a drink at the poolside. Today because it was a little windy they wouldn't serve me outside which I found ridiculous. Not going again

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! No air conditioning. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again. Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. We booked a junior suite. Good sized room. There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, nothing at all to criticise. Great rooms, all with sea view, helpful staff, excellent food. The Christmas decorations were stunning. Buses very close. Short walk to promenade. We will be back.

This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. A lovely welcome when we arrived from reception staff. The room was spotless as like the rest of the hotel, food excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely say best hotel in Benidorm and we have stayed in many.

We usually go to the Princessa, so this was a smaller hotel for us, but we still enjoyed it. We like RH hotels and will return again. The food is excellent. We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good...

Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again
