We had a great time in Benidorm (2.-9.8) hotel was great , stuff on reception was so gently and professional, stuff in restaurant, too. The food was fantastic, we had 3 meals, and really, so much choises for eating, salads, meats, fishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes, creams, I recommend this hotel because is on fantastic location, too... Great location, pretty much next to the old town and less than 10 minutes to the beach front. Contemporary feel to the hotel. Didn't eat there, but had a few drinks, that were cheap for hotel prices.

Lovely hotel situated not far from the beach in the old Town ! Food very nice very clean and lovely helpful friendly staff ! Very much cater for the Spanish entertainment wise no wild karaoke/bingo nights but you can go down the strip if that’s what you want ! Definitely stay there again

My wife and I had a two night stay with half board. We were very impressed with the quality and variety of food. The bathroom en suite was very modern and clean. Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Hotel in a great location, staff friendly but not that clean, food crap I could have knocked someone out with bread roll and pizza! Bar only takes cash bit odd and the so call gym seems to be knackered to say the least! Defo not a gym as I know it!

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are always really clean and fresh. Wide variety of food and great staff. What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.

Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage. The balconies are of a very generous size and private. They would however, benefit from improved furniture. There is a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat. Rooms have a mini-fridge (no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room, but reception have them if needed). With all the staff, nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic...

A little gem.staff very helpful. Went at easter saw the parades from the balcony prime spot. Spanish hotel so entertainment in spanning. Food nice and hot, a good choice was surprised.

Brilliant hotel but with two minor points. Had a really nice experience at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the room or the dining room. We only had breakfast here as we prefer to eat out during the day and evening. So many choices for breakfast that I would be here forever, needless to say many choices and not limited to portions. Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

During our recent visit to the hotel, we traveled as a group of three, consisting of my wife, her grandmother, and myself. 2nd visit and yet again everything was great. Welcomed with a lovely friendly professional manner resulting in some good banter. Checking in is a breeze and love that the wristband is also your room key. The hotel is totally Spotless staff are cleaning 24/7. The Agua Azul is an ideal location very near to the old town. we are pensioners so this hotel suited us not for the party goers. The rooms were spacious plenty of hanging space and a free safe. This is the 3rd visit. It’s still really good, yet the food has declined a little. Drinks are spot on and hotel is good standard. However the water pressure on 6th is not great.

Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. Small hotel. Very nice an polite staff. Rooms are good but basic. Location great right in the heart of the old town with access to plenty of shops , bars and restaurants .

Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with. Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. The only reaction from reception was a shrug of the shoulders. Late night revellers is one thing but this establishment needs to decide whether they are actually a hotel...

Basic, clean, decent-sized rooms with comfortable beds (twin room), staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon in room for both heating and cooling (no surcharge). WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel but we found the connection to be very poor in our 2nd floor room. Overall a good budget hotel in a great location.
