I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Im giving 5 stars because I enjoyed everything. Great location, nice and very clean rooms, tasty food and very friendly staff. Especially reception lady Mary who checked me in and given me all information I need. Very professional and friendly customer service. Dinner staff especially lady with short black hair was also a super nice! Will definitely be back!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles.

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

We stayed three nights. It's a a very reasonable hotel for the price you pay. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

We spent four nights here at the beginning of November, the hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean and was right on the beach. Perfect location for some winter sun. Lovely clean hotel staff friendly and helpful large bedrooms. The negatives are meal time (evening) was like a stampede no queuing in an orderly manner people just pushing in not a big choice of hot food (well cold food really) meals not described in English, entertainment not geared for the English and finally not very good if you have mobility issues as the ramp to the hotel is very steep

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly. This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

2 star hotel with 3 star service. A bit out of the way, but not a massive walk into the Old Town. Clean rooms, serviced every day, with air-conditioning in the rooms. Staff are very attentive. It's pretty good for a cheap 2-star hotel, the food has little variety but is quite delicious. Bad, the bathroom needs urgent renovation, very old and the air from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is very bad, in the mornings you get hot in the room, and when it works you can't set the temperature you want, it's standard

Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach. Check inn was very slow but the staff were friendly. Our room 711 was a good size with a double and single bed. With a bath and shower over it. Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi. Levante beach is 10 minutes walk away. There's also a little hut around the pool that serves soft drinks, snacks, alcohol & food. Would definitely go back.

On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. The buffet breakfast, had many choices but unfortunately all the hot choices...were cold.

The hotel was great, spacious room, with terrace + fridge and the shower pressure was great too. They had events in the night but you couldn’t hear it from the room, which it was nice. Parking is possible if you ask reception since it’s chaotic to try and park on the street. Overall I had a great stay!

The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

Hotel staff friendly food basic but firdt class with room service

Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. The hotel rooms were basic but spotless clean with free Aircon, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. We got the family room and it was big enough for our family of four. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. We're just back from a 3 night stay at this hotel in the Old Town & would definitely return! It's away from the hussle & bustle but still plenty nearby, we walked into the New Town, used buses & taxi is around 9-11 euro. Room was basic but clean & fresh just what was required, we had a wee balcony, shower had plenty power, there's a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities which I would of liked...

Lovely hotel, reception was great they spoke English and were very helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and beach was 5 minutes away, overall a great experience, we will be hoing back.

All the staff are always helpful and very friendly. The swimming pool is sufficient with a very nice bar. The rooms are medium in size with a good air conditioning. But the lack of a minibar in the room is inconceivable in this climate. Whether it's for medication or a cool water at night, it would be very useful. We only had breakfast during our stay. Well what an amazing hotel.rooms are spacious with two double beds. Bedding and towels changed everyday.The bathrooms have been refurbished great walk in shower and water pressure is fabulous. Outside there is a pool,with a slide, baby splash pool and two bubble tubs to relax in. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Excellent bar service to your tables. Very clean hotel, close to Benidorm, Spanish food but very tasty, quiet pool, entertainment mainly in Spanish except for one of the entertainers, Alice, the only one who spoke English. She's charming and very funny. We had a fantastic time with her, joining in the musical quiz.
