Benidorm Centre - Adults Only in Benidorm

The shower room needs updating. Very out of date. The shower is from the hot water taps and cold water taps. Then having to reach to put the shower on the wall not good when you are over 70yts old. The other complaint is the breakfast. The only item that was hot was the egg because we had to wait for it to be fried. The rest was barely warm. Must have been made at 7am. I will not book there again.

There are not enough superlative’s to describe this hotel. After visiting a 5* hotel in Corfu and a 5* hotel in Sharm, I am wondering why the Benidorm Centre Hotel is not classified as such. We traveled as a small group of lads and booked this hotel as a cheap establishment to get our heads down. Wow, what a lucky find. The hotel itself is super central, literally in the middle of the Old and New town. Tons of bars and restaurants on the doorstep but about 10/15 mins both directions to the more well known haunts. ALL of the staff are amazing. Reception, quick, friendly (probably as expected), but they are naturally friendly and helpful. Bar staff in the hotel bar are on point. I didn’t pick up any names but there is a lady who works there and is absolutely nuts (well worth seeing). The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and although I didn’t see “Carol the Cleaner” the rooms were clean and made up daily. We booked B&B and there is so much choice. Great food with the burnt bacon probably being the only slight niggle. Most certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, this hotel has EVERYTHING. Value for money, great location. Outstanding amenities. Should be a 5* !!

The stay was great...the room was large and clean and the food was very good...then there was a pub with live music...and by the way...the girl who performed sang very well

Beautiful Hotel very well maintained clean in all areas very good breakfast choices.The rooms are excellent and the maids are there every morning .All the staff we interacted with were happy to help very professional very well located in easy reach of the beach .The old Town and the *****

We stayed here last week. Delighted with the room (206) and the hotel. Felt upmarket and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Room was also cleaned every day during our stay, with clean towels provided. We booked B&B and enjoyed the breakfasts, as there was a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location - 5 mins walk from Old Town, 10-15 minutes from New Town and a couple of minutes from the beach. Some people may find the music from nearby bars distracting, but we weren't bothered by it. Looking forward to returning to Hotel Benidorm Centre after a great stay.

Just back from a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel. It’s very central for both the Old & New Town. At night the surrounding streets are really quiet so no problems sleeping. The hotel is very clean & modern. Housekeeping service was excellent, fresh towels every day. Buffet Breakfast & Dinner. We went half board but if we came here again we would go B&B. The times for dinner for us were just too late 19:30- 22:00 hrs. Overall a lovely relaxing stay.

A good solid 4 star hotel with a great location for exploring the new and old town with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff are helpful and professional, Yolanda is very funny and friendly. the pool is on the small size but plenty of sun beds. The room was kept very clean and the maid was excellent, there were some signs of wear and tear with the seals in the shower leaking and also the air conditioning controller had some damage but the beds were very comfortable with a great view from the 8th floor. We stayed B&B and the restaurant was very clean and a good choice at breakfast - slight negative the person cooking the fresh eggs wasn’t there all the time and had to be called from the back kitchen. If returning we would consider staying here again as overall its very good,
