The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of options. The room was clean and offered a very nice view overlooking plaza and the city. The members of the staff (Angel, Ayme, Elisa, Miguel, Natalia, Nicolas, and Genesis) were all extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They all are worthy of the highest commendations. They made sure we had a wonderful experience. Kudos to whoever put together this group. Without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve had was at the Hotel Estepona Plaza.

Rooms and hotel in general clean. As the hotel is in a busy area it can be very noisy at night.

Beautiful and elegant hotel with great location within Estepona. The room was comfortable and clean, the interior rather minimalistic. Water and beer in the minibar are refilled each day for free.
The terrace has a stunning view and a nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, however some variation from day to day would have been great.

Everything was just perfect, great location, clean, spacious room with good view over square. 7th floor pool and view across beach and town is just amazing.
Really helpful staff, providing info on restaurants, markets, shops etc.
Complimentary water and beers in fridge is an additional bonus!

Gem of a hotel, walking distance from bus terminal and in ideal location seconds from the sea. Reception staff, breakfast serving staff and cleaners all lovely. Will definitely go back as now one of my favourite boutique hotels. Stayed Nov 22-26

Recently stayed here and it was a mediocre experience at best. No real welcome to the hotel. No welcome drink or offer to assist with bags. Employees were at best disinterested if not entirely rude.
Warning to anyone 40 or younger - this place is literally a retirement home. We felt so awkward the entire time. Everyone staying there was over the age of 65 - really killed the vibe.
The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special at all. The “pool” is pathetic. The photos definitely don’t match reality and we were all pretty sure a lot of the photos were fake.
Also, and this was the worst thing which we witnessed very clearly, one of our friends is African American and when he was alone he was constantly stared at - service employees would ignore him while catering to the ancient white tourists until he would explicitly wave them down and even then he was met with no warmth or even cordiality.
Terrible breakfast and machine coffee didn’t help either.
Would definitely not stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice location and atmosphere. Food, however was a bit fat and lacking taste. Grilled meat was served without any vegetables, children burgers burned and mixed sea food platter was soaked with fat. I would recommend for a drink and a snack, but not for a proper meal unfortunately. Service was good.

Great place to chill out on the sun beds, have some drinks and grilled fish. Spectacular level of service from Phil, the waiter from LA.

If you want to de-stress, do not go there! Service so fast that it feels like being thrown out for the following. Aperitifs, appetizers, starters and main course all served at the same time 10 minutes after being ordered, table cleared before finishing ... toys of children stowed in the bag by the waiter himself. Never seen before.
