Excellent hotel, friendly professional staff ,very clean hotel ,rooms cleaned everyday. 600m to the beach and town ,perfect location

The hotel is basic, but it covers what you need. It is conveniently located near the Calle Real, where all the shops and restaurants are located. There is a café next door that we found convenient for a morning coffee or breakfast. The air conditioning worked very well. The furniture is flimsy and old. The bathroom door would not stay open, and it was chipped near the bottom. There is no safe in the room to store valuables. The property is within a short walk of the beach, whether you are strolling down the esplanade or taking a dip. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to ask for a hair dryer, and I wonder if they have enough for every room. The biggest issue now is the construction they are doing in front of the building where there used to be a parking lot. It caused some noise and dust during the day, but it will be worth it when it is finished. It’s not perfect, but I’d book again.

Great location and the staff were nice but that was it. Extremely noisy. You can hear everything from rooms next door, walls are paper thin! BE warned. Also building work outside which will go on for some time since they are building an underground car park. Poor breakfast. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again....sorry.

It is clean and that's the only good thing I can say. It is old, the rooms are small. It is basically a hostel but you have your own toilet. For this kind of hotel it is overpriced to the max.

A change of road layout wasn,t picked up by sat nav £17 for 24 hrs in public car park , I 've had much worse. Workmen at the hotel started banging at 07.00, strange to be doing that now. But clean room and good location

Location and room were great, Carmen, at registration keeping us informed of where to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner, price within reason. The beach within 3 minutes, really nice street adjacent to beach, La Rada beach, to walk around.

The only thing I don't like about the hotel is still old fashioned furniture and very very small TV.

It was nice hotel offering breakfeast and a quit place to stay. It was close to the center of the city Estepona. But if you stay for a longer time I would recommend something bigger as they only fit beds for you to sleep.

We stayed recently for 11 nights. Very comfortable, modern room, in A perfect location. Wonderful girl on reception, Esther, I think. Very very helpful. The only complaint would be No English on tv.

This is one of the worst restaurants i have ever wisited, that means a lot. Been travelling all over the world. Service and the food was not at all inline with there promise.. wrong food, wrong add ons and no deliveries of the drink but put all we ordered on the bill.. The owner showed no what so ever understanding of the situation..
So to summarize, the place as such is fantastic but the restaurant under perform heavily..

This is the worst place ever!! Food was really bad, service was the worst ever and the top of everything we have been charged 50 euros more than what we actually had!!! I went to complain with the bill, they said oh we are sorry, thanks for mentioning the other day happened the same!!!! The whole place is a joke, really bad. Avoid it completely!!!
