Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. Arrived here Friday 29th August, we stayed in the 2 quad tripple rooms, both rooms were suitable, and clean. One room had 8 plug sockets. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. The experience was alright, but the facilities were quite basic and the bedding wasn't comfortable. Among the hotels I stayed at during this trip to France, Spain, and Portugal, this wasn't one of the better ones.

Location, staffs, internet, privacy and safety, everything was perfect! It was absolutely so near to the mall (Arenas De Barcelona) and the metro. Just 1 min! Just think like this, you can sleep in this cozy hotel ,where the environment is not as crowded as other touristic spots like La Rambla for example, and you can jump on to metro in 1 min to go wherever you want!
