A great hotel, rooms are an adequate size with a nice balcony. The shower is amazing. Food is nice enough for a buffet style, we are half board but we can switch our evening meal out for lunch. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. As for the room, breakfast, and service, no complaints at all, only gratitude.

Honestly, it’s what you want. I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. Good property with great location.

Excellent location - in the heart of the Gothic area. Easy to walk around, the metro system is fantastic, and there are more places to eat and things to do than you could fit into a year. The hotel was pristine, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I have no complaints and would come back any time.

Hotel close to train station , if you will have a room with seeview you will have also train into your room .

Hotel overall is good, you pay for what you get. The location is stunning we were fortunate to get a sea front view from our balcony. We stayed for four nights. Check in was easy, we arrived late at night and staff on reception were helpful and had us in our room fast. Fantastic! We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Great food, wonderful staff - especially those who organized the activities and games at the hotel. Fun activities for both children and adults. Good location. We will definitely come back again.
