Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small. All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm. We chose the half board option, the food...
The hotel is very large, it has two large buildings connected by a covered walkway, the main building, with the reception, is curved, the other is L-shaped. Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. We had All Inclusive. We paid 4.5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily. The maids do an excellent job and...
While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience
Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.
Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at. The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it...
The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Entertainment was great, mini arcade was a bonus for my 12 yr old.walk to the shops were 2 min away. I have not got one single fault with the hotel. I look forward to returning with my family.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone. Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped. Check...
stayed here many times grat family hotel / food great / easy walking o shoping malls
We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds. The food was not great, same things everyday with a slight change, not much flavour. But I think food and taste is different for everyone. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to what I call the strip, which then leads down to the beach (in all about...
Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined...
We stayed at Hotel Jaime I as a family and overall had a decent experience. The staff were mixed; some were very friendly while others came across quite rude. It did feel like if you could speak Spanish they would engage more, otherwise not as much. The bartenders, however, were excellent, always welcoming and fun to chat with. With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real...
I was on the reserve as to what to expect from this resort hotel. But to my surprise a solid 4 star. Even in peak season it was reasonably quite for a good night rest. Lots of entertainment durning the night and day. Food was excellent. Workers are very friendly. I just didn't give a 5 star because of location (which is still very close to beach). I recommend the all included package. Highly recommended...

This hotel was booked as a group booking so it’s not one we would have usually chosen. But I absolutely loved it! All the staff were extremely friendly. Especially the ladies at the pool bar. They worked hard and always happy and welcoming. The bedrooms were clean and the buffet (we were full board) had plenty of options and variety. However we did eat out on a couple of occasions as we did need something...
We had a brilliant time at Voramar Hotel, especially in Block C, which had a great atmosphere and was so much fun. A huge shoutout to Nush Nush, who does an amazing job keeping the pool in incredible condition—he’s a legend!
We have just got back from a lovely week at the Voramar Aparthotel, Cambrils. The Voramar is situated in a quiet area, on a busy main road, right by the beach. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. The green astroturf around the pool is a little worn & could do with being replaced. The rooms are in four blocks (A, B, C & D) stairs & lifts...
I recently spent two weeks in Hotel Voramar, and it's a decent hotel, but there were some things where improvement is needed. We were able to enter our room at 12:00, which was nice, earlier than we're used to. The room is spatious compared to a normal hotel room: there is a living room with a small kitchenette. Furniture is basic (and the sleeping couch is rather uncomfortable to sit on), but the...
We stayed here for a football tournament recently and could not fault the facilities. It was clean and the daily cleaners were lovely and never stopped. The bar staff throughout the day and long into the evening were fantastic with both adults and kids alike, special mention to Maria and the other lady and gentleman. Really well looked after guests and would certainly make us return! Bike hire is also...
Visited slightly out of season so our room wasn't fully equipped for self catering, so can't leave any review for that. Otherwise, fabulous. Lovely clean rooms, maid service was everyday. Pool is great with a lifeguard on duty. Food was spot on, so much choice and plenty of it.

We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*... What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that. That the rooms are bit out dated i agree, but I know they are busy with planning...

This hotel is fabulous. So central to everything. Food - where do I start. Such a selection and the freshness of it was lovely. I’m coeliac and oh do they know how to cater for coeliac people. Wonderful hotel. We were warmly greeted and attended to by Alex on reception. The design of the hotel is gorgeous the rooms spacious clean and very contemporary. This hotel needs a total overhaul, starting with the owner/management. The staff looked over worked and could hardly raise a smile, which I felt was reflected over the whole park. Good points: The hotel has a great location and a nice environment, with direct access to the park. The rooms are spacious, and although the facilities are old, they are relatively clean. Pretty and nice beach. Everything is clean and nice to enjoy for vacation
The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona was exceptional — easily one of the best five-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful Spanish style hotel. Very pleasant rooms, which maintain a fairly high temperature for the winter period. Friendly staff. A fairly spacious buffet. You can't choose from a very large offer, but everything that is presented is of good quality.
Sleeping right inside the park is definitely part of the experience: I highly recommend it, as it's very pleasant to be able to walk to the attractions and soak up the atmosphere. The hotel experience wasn't good or bad, to be honest. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel, but being in the park, you think you'll get some perks, but no. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, from the greeter at the door, front desk staff, and lobby manager to the restaurant and bar, and room service, every single staff member greeted me with a smile and offered warm, attentive service. Happy to recommend My stay fulfilled all my expectations of a vacation I'd promised myself.
We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.
Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.
The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day. The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6). I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel. The...
We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip...
We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Staff - They are very kind and will always be around, taking orders and clearing tables. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and it is clear they love their jobs. Rooms - The rooms are good sized and well air conditioned. We loved the large/powerful shower. Rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. All cleaning staff are very friendly...
We stayed for 7 nights in June 2025. Great variety of good food, different dishes everyday to choose from. If you don't like something from the menu then you must be extremely picky. We found the staff very pleasant and obliging. The daytime entertainment was pretty good fun organised by Dani and Mariana so a big shout out to both of them as they interacted with everyone who joined in with massive...

Excellent! Very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent.
The large glass windows couldn't be opened, and I personally prefer ventilation and fresh air. The soundproofing was poor. I could hear kids running upstairs, someone coughing next door, and the room next to mine being cleaned with constant banging for a whole morning. There might be a disco nearby too, as the dynamic DJ music kept going until late into the night... Even though I had the 'do not...
Facilities: Good Ambiance: Good Cleanliness: Good Service: Average The location is great, right by the sea. The rooms are huge and the decor is very suitable for summer – you could even shoot a movie here! It's really good, and there's also a Michelin three-star restaurant to dine at. It's excellent.
Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya.  We loved our time here and we are so sad to have left and wish we could be there longer. The service is excellent too. We love our time here and can’t wait to come back !
Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Had the best time ever. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach. With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter...
We had a blast here. Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful. The food fine. Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful. Nice holiday overall...
My wife and I have been staying here during the 1st week of October for the last 8 years (kids are grown up so it's a quiet break for us both on our anniversary). The staff are always very helpful and polite(even during meal times when they always look stressed). The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is...
Came with 21 family members here now, 2nd time in salou 1st time at dorada palace , food isn't the best here and location, few bars and restaurants outside the hotel, taxis into salou are expensive in my opinion. Mobility scooter are ok and it's a lovely ride into salou 20 mins along the beach front. I would come back but self catering. Rooms cleaned every and staff are lovely. Pools are warm.lovely...
It was clean, the staffs were amazing, very friendly.
Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room. In the room was a hairdryer, bedclothes were changed every three days, towels each day, in a toilet there wasn't an extractor hood, as a result, the air in the bathroom was constantly humid and poorly ventilated. The corridors are covered with old, worn-out carpet...

Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed. The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat. Little a bit confused about the explanation of either going for full board or half board as every person in reception...
On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool! A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August... but clean and well organized. A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment. The room...
It's close to the beach. However, the restaurant has a considerable queue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms has to be improved. A few employees are not amiable.
The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. This resort, books, way too many people for what they have to offer for service. For starters, you cannot sit in any of the Deck chairs unless you wake up early before the breakfast opens and take turns with your group...
Front desk staff was very good, lots of issues like rooms not being cleaned until late afternoon, no mini bars after paying for them, and being told we can switch rooms our last day, but it really meaning to check out in the morning with no room access until the late afternoon and having to take luggage across hotel to store.
I liked everything, next to the Hotel are so good Restaurant and the beach was very nice. The Rooms are so good. The Service was perfekt, they were friendly and helpful.
