While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

The large glass windows couldn't be opened, and I personally prefer ventilation and fresh air. The soundproofing was poor. Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya.  We loved our time here and we are so sad to have left and wish we could be there longer. The service is excellent too. Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

Came with 21 family members here now, 2nd time in salou 1st time at dorada palace , food isn't the best here and location, few bars and restaurants outside the hotel, taxis into salou are expensive in my opinion. Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room. In the room was a hairdryer, bedclothes were changed every three days, towels each day, in a toilet there wasn't an extractor hood, as a result, the air in the bathroom was constantly humid and poorly ventilated. Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. It's close to the beach. However, the restaurant has a considerable queue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms has to be improved. A few employees are not amiable.

The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. This resort, books, way too many people for what they have to offer for service. For starters, you cannot sit in any of the Deck chairs unless you wake up early before the breakfast opens and take turns with your group...

Front desk staff was very good, lots of issues like rooms not being cleaned until late afternoon, no mini bars after paying for them, and being told we can switch rooms our last day, but it really meaning to check out in the morning with no room access until the late afternoon and having to take luggage across hotel to store.

I liked everything, next to the Hotel are so good Restaurant and the beach was very nice. The Rooms are so good. The Service was perfekt, they were friendly and helpful.
