Hotels All-inclusive in Catalonia

We chose the half board option, the food options let the hotel down, very repetitive, not much choice and guests were rude, you would be queuing to use the coffee machine and people would walk right infront of you to use it next, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for food choices, meal times were very stressful

It is surrounded by a pine park. ), 10 -15 minutes walk, near supermarkets, a park for children, bus stops in all directions. In the evening, interesting show programs. Nice hotel for a relaxing stay

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small

It would have been OK with plastic cups if they had only done it around the pool, but it is very unpleasant to drink all the time at any of the indoor bars, except the restaurant, any drink, beer, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks from plastic cups

All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm

Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. 5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily

Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped

The staff was very friendly, they even did a bottle of fizz in our room for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. They only really have air con in the rooms and a little in the restaurant

Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold

With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real bonus! My favourites were definitely the Piña Colada and the San Francisco cocktails. The pools were definitely a highlight

This was a great place to stay. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone

When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined the incorrect times so we would be aware

We lost €75 euros on 3 meals the first day in the park, The pool facilities we're great however there a few wasps around(not overly aggressive and cant be helped)

The hotel and facilities were very nice including the big pool with kids area , sand volleyball court, billiards tables, and the bars/ restaurants on property

Sleeping right inside the park is definitely part of the experience: I highly recommend it, as it's very pleasant to be able to walk to the attractions and soak up the atmosphere

Just back from a week at the hotel, Dont trust all the 1 star reviews, the rooms can do with some modernisation however all was clean and cleaned daily, The bathroom restocked daily, The staff we're all great and nearly everyone speaks english

The buffet was really samey and quite bland but its too be expected with large scale catering, we visted the park 3 days and only found out on the 2nd day that the all inclusive has QR codes for the park to claim free meals while you are in portaventure

However, several aspects are disappointing: • The self-check-in system is very unreliable. • The queue to collect your room key feels like you're already queuing for an attraction

Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach

Every age group, from teenagers to families, old people. Overall, we had a very nice week, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive option it is for you! Thank you ✨☀️

Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming

The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi - it's slow and the signal is bad. It was only usable in the lobby. Staff was friendly and useful. It's a bit far and uphill from the beach but it could be worse

Second visit to this hotel. Love it close to shops and resturants. Staff very helpfull. My partner and I will look forward to returning.

Clean and tidy rooms, with all inclusive options you will find plenty of delicious food. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Maria for the reception desk

Getting drinks also seem a difficult task as the staff are rushed of their feet. Again the thought of being served drinks at the table is great but we have infact had to eat without a drink

Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals

Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows

Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did...

At tea time the bar to the to the left of the restaurant is open so we just got our own drink and took that in. The systems in place probably need changing to maximise the guest experience

I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly

Stayed in october for a little break, the hotel was good value for money and very clean. The rooms could do with updating and the food needs more variety but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go again

The cover is torn and has holes. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash

His fluency in 3 languages amazed every time but made for a really inclusive atmosphere at all activities. His smile and enthusiasm should be applauded

My only real gripe is the ridiculous system at the bar whereby you can only get 2 drinks (even if there are 4 in your group) and there are never enough staff so there is always a queue

Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :( But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away

Although the hotel is quite dated it is perfectly clean and the staff were amazing. The all inclusive food offered plenty of variety at every meal time and the drinks package was brilliant

Okay we were in Spain, but the majority of other guests were not Spanish and I find this quite exclusive and somewhat rude. 3:The surrounding area is very residential and this wasn't made clear on the TUI website

It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work

You can hire a kettle with cups and sugar included, but at €25 per week+ a deposit we declined. 2: The nighttime entertainment was only on 3 nights and all of this was aimed at the Spanish guests

There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, just a few niggles which meant that we wouldn't return. 1: No tea and coffee facilities in the room which in a hotel pertaining to be 4* is poor

Top Tip!! Make sure you get a chance to visit the old town of Cambrils which is absolutely stunning and very quintessential Spanish 💖 Used the buses alot which are very efficient and well used

We thought we were in Cambrils but actually it's a good 50 mins walk or a bus ride to Cambrils. There were only 2 bars open in the area both of which were quite pricey

Very blunt, and not many knew the first thing about speaking English which is absurd, as if your a receptionist at a hotel you should speak other languages. We went all inclusive and the service by the pool is lovely

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

She sings and dances and can’t wait to join them. I recommend anyone to give this hotel a go as it won’t disappoint 🥰

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

A nice touch was the restricted access pass system for the luggage room - it would be nice to see that in other hotels. The room was adequate for two adults and our thirteen year old. And the cleaning service was good

The outdoor facilities were fine except the hot tub appeared to keep the lifeguard busy managing it owing to its over popularity. However we felt a little captive and ended up taking a bus from the bus station to Lloret

On some days we found some enjoyable options but others not so though we were always able to fall back on the cold meats, cheeses and salads. Breakfasts were okay with eggs and “Spanish” bacon cooked to order

We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep

There was also a loose power socket adjacent to the TV - not a problem for us but we would have been concerned had there been younger children in our party

We enjoyed the bar where service was first class. The evening entertainment was good though perhaps too many guitarist acts over just a 4 day period

The food was great, with plenty of variety and themed nights that kept it interesting. Drinks were reasonably priced (around €7 for a half pint and sangria), and being half board worked out well

Absolutely lovely place to stay! We got a sea view room and the views were stunning. After reading reviews I was unsure I would enjoy the food but every meal every night was fantastic, big variety

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. The reception, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff were fantastic

Also There's a few nice beaches nearby and plenty of bars to go to! The negatives are, the walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear next door having a conversation at night and the air con isn't great either

We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food

Rooms are pretty good, enough for someone who is not looking for something extra fancy, they have enough space, the bathroom is clean and the balcony is good for 2-3 people to be comfortable

Before visiting, we did have a quick glance of the reviews again, which we did before booking and it seemed okay. Some mixed, however we chose to not worry (as it was already booked) and we were glad we did

Food was reasonable, but we felt could have been varied more day to day, however you get what you pay for and we certainly got our moneys worth

The food is amazing, every day is something different, also good for someone who is looking to get full, plates are clean, there are so many different foods to pick from appetizers to desserts

Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and urge people to ignore the poor reviews!

From the dining area to the public facilities, this hotel is quite simply pristine throughout. Quite simply, this is a delight at all meal times. A magnificent feast every time you eat. I loved the interiors of the hotel

We were always impressed by the sheer choice, making every meal exciting. The service in the dining room was impeccable. The staff’s kindness and dedication to excellent service were noticeable in every interaction

Superb choice of food never struggled to find the right meal. The pool areas empty and plenty of room we used the adult only area with plunge pools mostly. The room excellent comfy bed great bathroom

Once we discovered he buffet dinner, we stopped going out to restaurants as the variety of options was huge and it was beyond tasty

The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely try come back! Would recommend :-)

Great hotel in my opinion, No complaints on my end

Food was okay, the usual for a buffet all inclusive venue with most of the cold selection the same with the hot choices changed each day/evening

The decor was great, the rooms were clean & comfy, the WiFi worked great & overall the location was accessible to many different food places/clubs/beaches etc… Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options

To work the aircon, make sure the key is in the slot and the balcony door is closed. This is to stop you wasting aircon and letting it straight out the door. It isn't the fastest and comes out slow

Overall, I liked the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. What I didn’t like: - For several days, there was no soap in the men’s restroom located in the basement (near the playroom)

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant

Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

If you want a spot, get up nice and early! The big pool was clean, and the small pool was okay. Most of the time, it was empty or very little people in. Sharp parts on the bottom of the pool, though, so be careful

Bar and restaurant staff very friendly people, Jonny at the bar in particular was a great laugh - all were great with us but don’t know all the names

The hotel itself is very clean and located nearby many restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an all inclusive booking, and the food served was brilliant

This was our first family holiday abroad and this resort was genuinely amazing, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were lovely, but the thing that stood out the most was the entertainment team they were incredible

We had 9 of us of all ages staying and the rooms were all very clean and spacious. Our balcony’s over looked the car park but we were only in our rooms to get ready and then sleep so we wasn’t bothered about the view

Our stay was 5 days, but it was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, spacious, the breakfast was great, and the service was fantastic. Everything was close by. The rooms were cleaned daily. We will definitely be back.

We have half board which is more than enough, one point is the cost of drinks be careful to read the menu before ordering they seem make up the prices

Holiday booked last year, and hour transfer from Barcelona airport, to be able to fly from Luton worth it. Room is clean and well maintained with daily maid service, coffee and tea replenishment daily

They are working on the promenade but they guys are keeping the noise to a limit and don't start till 8am. All in all great location would come again

Shower is a plus point very good compared to others we have stayed in. Loving sea and beach views the beach is on your door step

The staff are great breakfast is good with plenty of selection for anyone's taste

Drink options, for all inclusive were pretty good, an alternative beer other than San Miguel would have been appreciated. Some time's cocktails were hit and miss some were well made but some were pretty awful

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.

The hotel was an excellent choice! Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated

There were so many activities for the kids that they were entertained from morning to night, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time as well. The resort is perfect for families looking for a fun, worry-free vacation

There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course

This hotel is just amazing Staff are so friendly and helpful it was just a pleasure staying here, the food was amazing and so much choice to choose from Being on the beach and the costal path being on your door step was excellent as me and the wife like to explore and have a meal out which we did and the restaurant if you turn right out of the hotel was excellent But back to the hotel 5 star I would...

The food also had us blown away! Such a variety to cater for all people (I can be very picky!) I’m not one for seafood but one night they had such a massive selection which made me wish that I liked it as it looked incredible

Fabulous hotel for all the family, the beach is on the doorstep and its child friendly. Loads to do for kids including a small dedicated pool with slides, adults have their own pool and bar and no children are allowed

The beach bar is nice for a drink too but not included in all inclusive! Rooms - the suites are really big with lots of room with shower & bath, plenty storage etc

Plenty swimming pools, an adult one, the main one then the splash pool. You can’t get food apart from crisps at the main pool but you can get drinks

We spent most of our time at the splash pool as you could get both food & drinks there - good atmosphere too. There’s also an indoor pool but we didn’t use it

beds were so comfy our room got cleaned and bedding changed everyday , I tried so many different foods I never thought I would of tried! Only bad experiences we had was the time we were there I’m guessing university were on break and they hotel hopped and just caused nothing but grief knocking on doors through the night and running off, some girl looted drink on my head over the balcony but staff did...

The security guard don’t know his name really big guy was fantastic he put up with so much from the uni kids if the hotel didn’t allow the immature , drinking stupid kids we would of given 5 🌟 the beach unfortunately was not sand it was stoned and caused me a reaction

Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!

we loved being at this hotel the staff were absolutely lovely so friendly. The atmosphere was great the entertainment for children was so good the women were so nice and friendly and great with kids

Staff work really hard and there should be more staff on bars. Entertainment team work hard and we had fun doing aqua aerobics. Reception staff very efficient and we were helped to book a day out

Was very busy with lots of school parties and dining was manic staff finding it hard to keep up with demand for clean plates/bowls but the choice and quality of food excellent

The evening meal was a hit-and-miss, some nights very good and other nights, not so much - but that may be my personal preference

But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks. They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out

It was the first and last time 8to 10 of us used it. The food was very poor quality and poor selection. Felt like a big waste of money been all-inclusive

Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling

There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer. The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly

There is also a TV in the room with British, French, Spanish and German channels. You have to pair the remote yourself, but the instructions are only in Spanish
