The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing of the hotel is not good. I booked a double room but only got a twin room. The service of the hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Ctrip's service is very good.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. Been to the hotel four times the hotel is always clean and the staff are amazing and very helpful and now they’ve done up the bar area inside is amazing love coming here as feel so relaxed

The hotel food was very nice but the staff are rude and very unfriendly. They seem to hover around waiting for you finish and make grab for your plate. On several occasions even when I hadn’t finished.

2nd visit, both times excellent The hotel was lovely, great selection of food in the buffet, staff went above and beyond for the kids (eg made them Mickey pancakes or flower shape), the rooms were immaculate and the staff were so helpful with any enquiries or problems.

The service was excellent; they helped us with our luggage, and the environment was really good too. I just felt like all the guests had that 'rich Nobu vibe,' you know what I mean? And the front desk staff were all handsome guys and beautiful women.

This hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well. The room was fabulous with an amazing view. The roof top bar gave a great glimpse of barcelona and the hotel restaurant could not be faulted.
