Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. Our booking included three meals, which we all enjoyed. We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

Great hotel been back 20+ times. Great for Port Aventura Park. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat. Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also decent. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee. This was a completely disconcerting experience I'd never experienced before. Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Overall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service. The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day.
