Super nice new hotel with multiple pools. Nice staff and extensive breakfast buffet. We were here for 3 days in October but are definitely planning to come back in the summer!

The hotel is beautifully designed, with a swimming pool, blue sky and sea as standard. Many locals come here for vacation! The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. The food is really good they have a lot to offer even if you’ve a lactose intolerance, gluten allergy etc. For adults and kids there are lot of activities hosted. This hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well. The room was fabulous with an amazing view. The roof top bar gave a great glimpse of barcelona and the hotel restaurant could not be faulted. We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The breakfast area was incredibly crowded, mainly because the restaurant itself is too small, and the food didn't seem fresh. The 'gym' was a joke – clearly just a regular room converted, and you'd hit the ceiling trying to use any of the equipment. After staying for three days, I even developed a skin allergy. The only positive was that the room itself was quite spacious.

Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Food in the restaurant is ok . Overall not too bad.

Had a great stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect! I only slept there and didn't use the pool, etc., so I can't comment on that. The beds were very comfortable, and clean towels were provided every day.
