The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. Rooms clean, staff helpful and polite and food decent. No entertainment, not clean on sun loungers, nowhere to go during the daý and not all inclusive drinks like it said. Was bored alot and will not be going back but still recommend for food and bar and polite clean atmosphere.

This hotel is by far not a four star hotel more like a three. Rooms are adequate and clean good walk in shower we found the water always warm cleaning team very hard working and pleasant. Food cheap and barely warm service team rude and abrupt under cooked food dinning hall packed and noisy like being back at school queuing then trying to find a table. Travelled to watch my daughter play football in a local tournament. Great hotel- room was spacious modern and was great. Hotel was spotless, lots of areas to hang out. Pool area was fab lovely pool plenty of loungers. Dined half board - food was great. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. Great location - opposite the train station to explore the coast.

We stayed here 3 nights on an EF student tour. From the perspective of a student tour, the hotel is fine. Pretty decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean, beds are relatively comfortable, bathrooms are pretty nice. The staff was friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for personal travel. While the pool/sea view rooms are nice during the day, there is VERY loud music every night until 1130....

Good location, 10min walk to the park entrance. Gold river is 5min closer but seems services in this one are better. Good value for the breakfast buffet. Big rooms for families.

An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.
