We don’t eat here otherwise, so I can’t say much more about that. Unfortunately, reserving sunbeds with towels does happen, but in general you can still find a spot

Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did...

In the evening always two choices for entertainment and the are really great. The location is great, close to the beach and nice little shops. The rooms are clean, but extremely noisy, which is quite a downside

Marta being our favourite with her beautiful smile with service every day. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough we will hopefully be back in the future!! Pools- AMAZING Staff- AMAZING

I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly

And the location is perfect not far away from anywhere and there’s so much transport around if you wanted to travel further

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer

Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, and even the single beds in the standard rooms are larger than those in typical European hotels

The hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view

The hotel boasts a great location, quiet and situated by the sea. It's also very close to the subway station, about a 4-5 minute walk

Great neighbourhood, very nice staff. Had some problems with the heating, but they fixed it.

Hotel was very nice. Room is good enough. Location is far from airport. When you gona call room service if they come to your room for giving you something they gonna charge delivery charges.

I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day

Cleaning in the room was not the best, I got sheets with stains on once. The swimming pool area was very nice and the beach view. It was easy to take the bus to nearby cities like Salou and Tarragona

The entertainment however is not great and is not aimed at English speaking guests,. The beach area is nice but it could do with being cleaned. Not many shops nearby but good bus service into Salou

The sea and pool views are both beautiful, the hotel is located almost right at the beach and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm

There was a nice nature walk close by the beach that you can use, there was a great and delicious Indian restaurant nearby with tasty food. There's a supermarket nearby and cloth store - Holiday

At first, it was a bit uncomfortable staying in a ground-floor room – there was a slight smell of dampness

The staff are very friendly and lovely, not many speak great English but I used google translate a lot back and forth and it’s amazing how much of a conversation you can have with staff which was great

All the staff were friendly, helpful and smiley including reception, cleaning ladies and restaurant. Restaurant staff work really hard, but always find a moment to chat or at least smile

my flight was delayed by bad weather in Barcelona and I just managed to catch the last train from Barcelona Sants which was late & arrived at Malgrat station around 00

I had an amazing week in this hotel. The stuff is helpful, polite and kind. Our room was basic, but it got all what you need. The beach is huge, beautiful, clean and just across the hotel

The hotel is clean and tidy, with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Great location, with only a few minutes walk away from the beach and shops

The transfer we used dropped us only a short walk away from the hotel and this is also where coaches for excursions seem to collect and drop off (you can see this from the hotel)

Chefs, you are beyond great! I would appreciate if anyone knows the names of two chefs that were constantly there through the dinner. All in all, would be back there for sure!

Really lovely hotel right on the beach the side room view isn't the best but the rooms are spacious and clean and they are attended to daily. The pool is nice but very cold and the beach is beautiful

The hotel is definitely outdated, especially the rooms. They are way overdue to be updated. The pool and beach area is very nice. The breakfast buffet was good, and staff at the reception were friendly

Great location for beach lovers! The pool was lovely and we were very happy with our stay. We had a nice room with a beach view, which made it even better

We notified the front desk about it and they wanted to “just check it in the morning”. We refused so a bucket was brought up and towels to resolve the disruption

Perfect location near the sea and train station. Nice rooms with beautiful view. The balcons are a little bit too small but it’s not the problem then you have a perfect view. The personnel was very friendly

It’s also a dogs friendly hotel, our dog was welcomed with nice gift from hotel. Evenings in hotel terrace bar were very interesting with lots of live music. Thank you Caprici for the great holidays! ❤️

Some meals were tasteless, selection of chips daily and very few signs with identifying the dish- chicken paella changed into pork mid-service without a change of tag- which we were very unhappy with! On occasion there was a queue to even get into the restaurant- we gave up 10 mins later and ate out

The hotel was decent — clean, tidy, tasty food, large territory, and located right on the beach. However, the rooms didn’t have doors to the bathroom, which made the layout absurd

We are staying here now (3rd August 2025) and have been here since Friday

I’ve not encountered one even remotely miserable staff member, not even cleaning staff, and a big big mention to the bar man at Harry’s Bar and the lovely hostess in the restaurant

The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and whilst mostly fine, there was a day when all the beds were taken by 10am (one off). The all inclusive restaurant- definitely not the best I’ve been to

Rooms were cleaned daily, too, by lovely housekeeping staff. The hotel is right on a promenade but the town itself is not as busy as we expected (few restaurants, no taxi)

There is no room service in this hotel but everything was great

I arrived and they told me to pay for the room, it was already paid even with extra deposit of 100€, we were arguing about that. The lift was not working and while repairing the lift there was no light

The hotel has good views but the downside is having to go up the steep hill when returning from the beach, which is a ten minute walk away. The hotel is geared towards young children, with activities and music for them

The hotel itself is nice (at least the part visible to the guests), there is a pool and beautiful view on the sea. The food is the bar is nice and cheap

The size was alright, which is where the four stars must come from. There were coffee sachets in the room, but no coffee machine. The actual machine was six flights downstairs! Obviously, we didn't have any

We music was streamed from the Spotify free version, adverts included. They played Christmas music in August (seriously!). Do you want to relax and chill out? Forget it. The barbecue was reasonably good

Great location near train station. Few mins walk to village centre and variety of restaurants and shops. Amazing beach view, hotel provides towel to bring to the beach or pool

Other than her, others don’t care at all. The rooms are very basic; they don’t even have body lotion; for a hotel that has a pool and is very close to the beach, having a body lotion is a must

The only highlight of the hotel is being very close to the beach and the breakfast buffet, which includes so many great variety of sweet and savory options, offered 8-11am

Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle. The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient

The only person at the reception who cares about providing a great customer experience is Ari. She treats everyone with respect and listens to their requests and complaints patiently and resolves the problems

We stayed here for 2 nights, but were mostly disappointed. I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel as it lacks many features. First of all, different employees come up with their own rules and policies

Half-board, should entitle guests to at least one free drink of their choosing with every evening meal. ALL these things should be standard provision for a 4* hotel, therefore I would say this hotel is a 3* Plus

So far so good very nice rooms and location the services seem great and the food is of normal all inclusive quality.

However small rectifiable details took away its 4* rating. There is no iron in any of the rooms in this entire hotel. There is no kettle in the room either and there is a charge to use the safe

They have a fridge in the room, but it does not keep anything cold. There is a 10 euro refundable deposit required for a beach / pool towel

The bed was comfortable, and the room was made-up daily with fresh towels too

Very beautiful location. Food was great was lots of variety. Almost every night there was some sort of entertainment. The staff were so nice and really pleasant. A fridge in every room. I will definitely go back

The location is good as it’s close to the beach and shops , staff in the hotel are lovely but the hotel itself is rundown. From the outside it’s gorgeous but the rooms need updated

We booked for 1 night 2 adults and a baby and were giving 2 single beds pushed together with a 3rd single bed against the wall - we struggled to get in the room with our suitcase and pram

We have absolutely loved our stay here the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food has been very good with a wide selection at all meal times. The staff have been friendly and very helpful

If you really zahochetsa animation and slides-this hotel chain provides this capability. Nearby there are places for Hiking. The promenade in front of the hotel and walking the stairs around the Bay

A most enjoyable stay at the Rosamar Maritim Hotel which was very clean throughout. Our room on the 6th floor had lovely sea views and a south facing balcony

food was very good and the girls in the pool bar were lovely. the pool is a great height for my little boy who uses a wheelchair and he could walk up and down it on his own and theres a we seat in the pool to rest

we upgraded to a Seaview room and it was worth every penny ,the view was fabulous and the room itself was more like an apartment with a separate bedroom and loads of space

We had half board with a big choice of food and the staff were very efficient. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we come to this area again

Property is excellent located on the beach. Reception was friendly and helpful. Staff in the Dining area spoke no English and if you have any dietary requirements or intolerance or religious beliefs you have hard time

we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good. there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window

Upon arrival, we had a breeze parking up and getting our stuff in: the staff was super pleasant and gave us a room with full sea views rather than a partial one we had booked

This place is a small pearl, very well located at the old habour with lots of restaurants, beach and everything needed very close by. Staff is friendly, breakfast was nice, and all was clean and in good conditions

The location is perfect right at the beach. Swimming pool on rooftop was closed. Parking is a bit narrow as well but we loved the two free Tesla chargers

Excellent beachfront location near a calm cove, if you book directly parking is only 6 euro. Breakfast is excellent, with a patio directly across from the ocean to eat at and the pool is warm

We stayed one night on our way back home. The location is nearby a beautiful area to walk along beaches. When checking in, we were told we had been upgraded (probably because the hotel was under renovated)

I founded the breakfast buffet room a bit narrow and we had to squeeze between the clients to grab some food

I contacted Hotel Llafranc immediately to explain what had happened and they told us to get to the hotel when we could (after filling out police reports etc)

I had a great experience at Hotel Llafranch. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway

It has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent in the hotel. The food in their other local restaurants do not disappoint either. We upgraded to a premier room on the top floor with the most fabulous views

The whole staff was friendly, quick, and gave me a feeling of being welcome. Upon the beach, centrally in Llafranc, with everything on walking distance. I recommend this hotel when you visit Llafranc

During our stay the staff were extremely kind and helpful which is exactly what we needed in our time of need! We have been visiting this hotel over 20 years and it just does not disappoint

Loved it. Shocked at what you get for such a cheap price. 2 minutes to the beach. Supermarket next door. Bus station 5 minute walk to Gerona (GRN) and BArcelona (BCN) airport. Very clean.

Nice table and chairs set on the balcony and a large airer to dry off swimsuits and towels. The facilities are great too, pool a good size and plenty of sunbeds

The apartment is located in a quiet area of La Pineda, so it's nice and peaceful, but close enough to everything, 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the main centre

The location is also very convenient, very good for families or people Who just would like to relax and enjoy their hols away from the hectic lifestyle

Clean apartments, private kitchen, nice restaurant, great and friendly staff always ready to help. Loved our stay in 2019 and wish the pandemic be over asap and we will definitely come back to this fabulous place

The apartment has no thrills but it's comfortable and has a terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and most importantly the beach. I find this property very relaxing and because you have a kitchen you can cook too

Located directly at the beach, but the kitchen is very outdated and doesn't work properly. Really good if you just want affordable housing close to the beach.

The apartments are located just on the first line in the city centrum. Very clean. The staff was friendly. They provided us electrical kettle by request and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more on the very last day.
