For the strenuous visitors, there’s a full gym, with various exercise machines, which we (thankfully!) only discovered on our last night. I can’t imagine why this wonderful hotel only warrants 3 stars
This was a great place to stay. Staff were all lovely
There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone
Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped
It’s hard to imagine what they could possibly do better, to earn another
I would definitely recommend a visit though and I think I will be back
They were entertaining but extremely loud, so not ideal if you have young kids or want an early night. The rooms were decent, nothing fancy, but had all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay
However we did eat out on a couple of occasions as we did need something other than a buffet. There were bikes to hire at 6 euros for 2 hours. Amazing beach and beautiful walks. Lovely quiet location and felt very safe
Travelled with loads of kids and they loved the pool and beach. The hotel did put on evening entertainment, which was not needed and wasn’t great! To improve I would suggest cut fruit at breakfast not just whole fruit
Was a bit surprised this was an extra. The drinks prices were cheap, but it would have been great to have a cocktail menu. We will hopefully return next year and I am already looking forward to it!
This hotel was booked as a group booking so it’s not one we would have usually chosen. But I absolutely loved it! All the staff were extremely friendly. Especially the ladies at the pool bar
They worked hard and always happy and welcoming. The bedrooms were clean and the buffet (we were full board) had plenty of options and variety
Visited slightly out of season so our room wasn't fully equipped for self catering, so can't leave any review for that. Lovely clean rooms, maid service was everyday. Pool is great with a lifeguard on duty

Reception greeted us warmly and the staff were attentive throughout our stay, providing complimentary water and juices. There was also a wide variety of food available, both at breakfast and dinner
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety of food choices. The service was friendly and welcoming
I would especially like to highlight Alex’s service, as he assisted us with great kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there with both breakfast and dinner included. The food served throughout our stay was delicious and well-prepared
A special thanks to the receptionist, Alex, who was super friendly and helpful the whole time. He helped us with everything we needed and made us feel welcome right from the start
The quality and selection were excellent, with plenty of options. The spa facilities were another highlight of our stay, offering the perfect environment to relax and recharge

The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by
However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill
Rooms were really good, super clean, spacious with everything you need- hairdryer, iron, mini bar, shampoo/conditioner etc
Spa/Gym is really nice & so nice to spend some chill time there- loved it
Bars and restaurants were lovely- really good vibes, food amazing- especially breakfast and so much food!
It’s slightly out of main Barcelona- 25/30 min walk but a lovely location along the beach with...
First off, a huge shout-out to the service! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions
It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued
My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests
95 (burger was raw so go for the hot dog) Location was brilliant, there are a couple of Bars locally and you can easily walk into Salou (40 min walk along the front) The only downside to this hotel was the entertainment, nothing much going on around the pool… no music on
I have no idea why he entered (though I have my suspicions based on another guest’s comment). In front of the hotel, there's a small convenience store stocked with "everything" as well as a souvenir shop
Lovely hotel, clean and decent sized rooms. Plenty of choice for breakfast with staff clearing tables quickly. Service at the bar could sometimes be slow although you can clearly see how fast they are working
Food and drink -
There was plenty of different foods to chose from, I am not a picky eater but there was something for everyone, the only one thing I could say about the food is that there isn’t hashbrows at breakfast but that’s me just clutching at straws! The drinks were good, although if your wanting top brands then you have to pay a bit more and the cocktails are on tap
Entertainment -
Usually when visiting hotels there is some background music throughout the day but this hotel only seamed to have music on like 2pm till 3pm (ish) which again is your own preference
We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun

There are people who are constantly Cleaning and looking after the hotel grounds. Pool/waterpark- Very clean, very well looked after. Pools on both sides of the hotel are beautiful and of a good size
Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals
Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows
Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did...
The water park is just brilliant to havh and lots of fun for everyone of all ages. Sports- The staff work very hard through the day to ensure everyone is having a good time
I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly
Really good, modern en fancy hotel, good food, good staff, nice prizes, nice sea view near the city, boulevard and shops overall we had a really good time here!
Fantastic hotel. We didn’t get a beach view that we booked but we still had a really lovely room and the staff were fantastic
Great location. Fantastic hotel. Good food and service. Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful when I had to sort something out.
Great hotel, very clean everywhere, food good choice & quality.
Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues
Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there

Lovely ambiance great late or early season option indoor and outdoor pools, great food, thoughtful staff. Treat yourself to a massage well worth it. The hotel is next to the train station which takes you along the coast
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed
Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing
The beach is only a 5 minutes walk and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. We used the Train to Barcelona (-70 minutes) for a day trip
Excellent
Excellent hotel
Food excellent
Would highly recommend this hotel I intend to stay there again many times thank you
I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The Ritz-Carlton brand speaks for itself and the expectation is high when staying here, as to be expected. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional and attentive, and the food was also truly at a 5* level
Excellent! Very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent.
Facilities: Good
Ambiance: Good
Cleanliness: Good
Service: Average
The location is great, right by the sea
As a Gold member, she went above and beyond to upgrade me to a sea-view room and was very patient in explaining why the hotel's logo wasn't very prominent
On a positive note, the sea view in Barcelona is indeed beautiful, and the design aesthetic of the Ritz, along with the bedding and toiletries, are, as always, top-notch
The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer
Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach
Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful
These all have bar areas with the main pool also serving snacks. (This pool is always busy and you have to be quick to get a bed). The beach from the main pool is a lovely little spot to spend the day just relaxing
The TV in the room only has basic Spanish/German/french channels. There are 3 pools , 2 are at the front with a pirate themed mini waterpark for the kids and the main pool is around the back
The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is a hairdryer but no kettle

Parking: was full, so we parked in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and for free. I think this hotel is the best in the area. For family with kids is ideal
Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed
The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat
On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool!
A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August
The room was regular, maybe a bit small for big luggages, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food, while dinner was more complicated (waiting cue), the food was good but not excellent
A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment

I absolutely loved the design style – modern and minimalist, yet with thoughtful details. The color scheme and furniture placement were very tasteful, making it perfect for photos
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, every corner spotless, and the bedding had a subtle fresh scent that made my stay incredibly comfortable
The public areas were also well-maintained, giving the whole place a feeling of both luxury and warmth. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation
But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc. ) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk
The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.

Great hotel with good location, near the train station and close to the beach. Very nice people working at the reception and restaurant as well, we had a wonderfull vacation and hope we will return
Beautiful place and too nice people. The service in the hotel is at a high level. The rooms are bright and clean. The food in the hotel restaurant is varied and delicious
My only point that maybe the travel agent could have mentioned though not a negative against the hotel is that the occupancy of the hotel was predominantly of dutch orientation and of an older clientele, average age i would guess being 65+
This did not in any way stop myself and my daughter enjoying our stay because we found all other occupants being friendly and respectful, however alternative young english folk may have found it more difficult to socialise in such an environment, had you previously been advised of this fact it could at least give the other holiday makers notes to consider and less cause to complain
My son has a nut allergy and staff were able to confirm which food options were safe for him. The man who served us asked the chefs for more information when needed. This made my son feel safe and welcome
The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the location. The hotel is at one end of a strip of hotels interspersed with shops selling tacky souvenirs, which I find unappealing rather than enticing
Fun walk the trailers from the beach to the centre of Salou. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, the kitchen is gorgeous, champagne in the morning
Lovely location/ great views/ food was normal for Spain / the meat was quite salty/ reception staff need to smile a bit more
The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all of the amenities that I needed to feel at home. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from
Pool staff were great / nice beach walks / nice food restaurants local especially the Mexican just down the road 👌 also the steak house 👌/ you need to take a kettle and cups if you want tea otherwise you can loan one for £20 a week / refundable
We stayed here for 7 days and overall had a really good experience. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and our sea-view room was lovely – definitely a highlight of the stay
We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food

Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach
Every age group, from teenagers to families, old people. Overall, we had a very nice week, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive option it is for you! Thank you ✨☀️
Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming
The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi - it's slow and the signal is bad. It was only usable in the lobby. Staff was friendly and useful. It's a bit far and uphill from the beach but it could be worse
Second visit to this hotel. Love it close to shops and resturants. Staff very helpfull. My partner and I will look forward to returning.
Last stayed in 2022, have always gone out for the Catalan v Castleford fixture but I am returning on 6th may for my daughters first birthday, this hotel is perfect for anyone not wanting break the bank, I would ignore all the negative comments these are the kind of people who shop at Iceland and expect Mark's & Spencers

An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!
It’s very good hotel and it’s very convenient to live near the park and enjoy staying there
Very, very nice place for family with kids but not only. If you plan to come, buy entrance at least for 6 days. We all had so much fun.
Buffet was brilliant. Pools were clean and easy access to the park. Definitely recommend
Dinner did not have great options nor did it have great quality, so the second night we chose to not eat in the hotel although we had paid for it
The only great thing was the breakfast! The breakfast buffet was amazing with great options for the whole family

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.
Very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, making us feel at ease from the very beginning. We would especially like to thank Daniel, who checked us in
He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We can definitly recommend the experience here!
Conveniently located near the convention centre for business purposes with a shopping mall directly opposite and a metro station nearby
Conveniently located conference hotel.
Room was clean with daily room make-up and top-up of room amenities and comes with Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules)
Food was a bit samey but we were there at the end of their season so I guess they were just using stuff up. Location wise it couldn't be better as its placed halfway between the beach and Porta Vetura theme park
Awesome, just a walk away from the theme park, nice spa and buffet. The pool was in the sun and warmed up for the kids in the afternoon, there were a few water slides around the pool
Rooms are on the small side, with limited storage and no bath, but the bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean. For us, that trade-off was fine since we spent most of the time out and about
The evening events were great, the people that organise the activities are happy and loads of fun. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean
this is a 3 star hotel rooms are clean, and well kept we had a room overlooking the pool staff are friendly we hired a kettle for the room only 9euro and you get it back when you return it
2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, ok for 8 and 11 year old. Not much extra space, but what do you need space for when on holiday?!
Bathroom decent, shower was good

This hotel is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend it the food caters for everyone the staff is amazing but what I noticed was everyone stayed in the hotel as the entertainment is next to none from morning till evening so much fun “ Sidney “ entertained every guest with every language she is excellent at her job, we laughted at bingo to all the quizzes right up till nighttime we will definitely...
The rooms were a great size, balcony included and an air con that came in very handy with the heat outside. The activities and entertainment throughout the week were well planned and very fun to partake in
The hotel itself is very clean and located nearby many restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an all inclusive booking, and the food served was brilliant
Sydney, one of the evening entertainment staff, was especially brilliant; full of energy, always smiling, constantly ensuring that everyone was happy and having a good time
Lastly thank you to the reception staff for being great too, we had a late flight but gave us access to food and drink and showers all day which I thought was great. We will be back for sure at some point
Perfect service, especially Maria in the restaurant. Always smile and very helpful. Warmly recommend to all, we will back here.

Perfect location near the sea and train station. Nice rooms with beautiful view. The balcons are a little bit too small but it’s not the problem then you have a perfect view. The personnel was very friendly
It’s also a dogs friendly hotel, our dog was welcomed with nice gift from hotel. Evenings in hotel terrace bar were very interesting with lots of live music. Thank you Caprici for the great holidays! ❤️
It was a big surprise then my little daughter was congratulated for her birthday with the cake at the dinner time. It looks that the employees really care about the guests
The spa and gym were closed during our visit, but overall it was a great holiday. I don’t recognize the bad reviews our experience was really positive. Tip: rent a car in advance to explore the area around Santa Susanna
Great location for beach lovers! The pool was lovely and we were very happy with our stay. We had a nice room with a beach view, which made it even better
It is good property , it would be nice to have there in the bathroom a hooks for the clothes or something else
