Hotels with sea view in Catalonia

For the strenuous visitors, there’s a full gym, with various exercise machines, which we (thankfully!) only discovered on our last night. I can’t imagine why this wonderful hotel only warrants 3 stars

This was a great place to stay. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone

Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped

It’s hard to imagine what they could possibly do better, to earn another

I would definitely recommend a visit though and I think I will be back

They were entertaining but extremely loud, so not ideal if you have young kids or want an early night. The rooms were decent, nothing fancy, but had all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay

Why bad these high prices at a place like the W to receive such poor front desk service I attached a picture that was about 4:10, the line was double this size an hour ago

However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim

It takes them 15 minutes to check in one person and the Elite line take even longer than regular both times!

Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach

Every age group, from teenagers to families, old people. Overall, we had a very nice week, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive option it is for you! Thank you ✨☀️

Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming

The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi - it's slow and the signal is bad. It was only usable in the lobby. Staff was friendly and useful. It's a bit far and uphill from the beach but it could be worse

Last stayed in 2022, have always gone out for the Catalan v Castleford fixture but I am returning on 6th may for my daughters first birthday, this hotel is perfect for anyone not wanting break the bank, I would ignore all the negative comments these are the kind of people who shop at Iceland and expect Mark's & Spencers

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast is a pure delight

Many locals come here for vacation! The breakfast is rich in variety, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and comfortable, I will come here a few more times next time to enjoy a few more days!

People seem to queue at one end when they are not wanting that item of food. Its very strange and something I've never seen before. People should just go to the area where the food they want is and get it

Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! There are people who are constantly Cleaning and looking after the hotel grounds. Pool/waterpark- Very clean, very well looked after. Pools on both sides of the hotel are beautiful and of a good size

Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows

The Ritz-Carlton brand speaks for itself and the expectation is high when staying here, as to be expected. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional and attentive, and the food was also truly at a 5* level

As a Gold member, she went above and beyond to upgrade me to a sea-view room and was very patient in explaining why the hotel's logo wasn't very prominent

On a positive note, the sea view in Barcelona is indeed beautiful, and the design aesthetic of the Ritz, along with the bedding and toiletries, are, as always, top-notch

The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya

Okay we were in Spain, but the majority of other guests were not Spanish and I find this quite exclusive and somewhat rude. 3:The surrounding area is very residential and this wasn't made clear on the TUI website

Also spent a day in Barcelona. Food has been nice, sometimes not very warm. It can get very busy in the mornings in the restaurant. We are all inclusive, and the cocktails are from a tap! Not very nice!!

There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, just a few niggles which meant that we wouldn't return. 1: No tea and coffee facilities in the room which in a hotel pertaining to be 4* is poor

I’ve recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my friends 21st birthday and it was honestly amazing

Entertainment - Usually when visiting hotels there is some background music throughout the day but this hotel only seamed to have music on like 2pm till 3pm (ish) which again is your own preference

We got a taxi to Portaventura and it said €23 but the taxi driver charged us €32!!! Which was a complete scam! Following this we go the bus back to the hotel (we know nothing about bus’s but we managed to get back okay only costing us €8 altogether by going on 2 different buses!) The hotel is also right on the beach too! Rooms- The room was gorgeous, the shower pressure was amazing

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

These all have bar areas with the main pool also serving snacks. (This pool is always busy and you have to be quick to get a bed). The beach from the main pool is a lovely little spot to spend the day just relaxing

The TV in the room only has basic Spanish/German/french channels. There are 3 pools , 2 are at the front with a pirate themed mini waterpark for the kids and the main pool is around the back

The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is a hairdryer but no kettle

Parking: was full, so we parked in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and for free. I think this hotel is the best in the area. For family with kids is ideal

Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed

The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat

On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool! A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August

The room was regular, maybe a bit small for big luggages, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food, while dinner was more complicated (waiting cue), the food was good but not excellent

A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment

I absolutely loved the design style – modern and minimalist, yet with thoughtful details. The color scheme and furniture placement were very tasteful, making it perfect for photos

There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc. ) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk

The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.

Great location! The hotel is near a metro station, making the city center accessible in just 10 minutes. It's also right next to the beach. The staff are attentive and helpful. The room is spacious and well-equipped

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions. Friendly and helpful staff (front of house, restaurant and house keeping), good rooms with good views and the restaurant serves good food and drinks

This hotel was very clean and well-maintained! The front desk staff were also very kind and even lent me an electric kettle

It was a comfortable stay, especially since I could watch Amazon Prime on the TV! And the view from the rooftop was amazing – it was great to see Barcelona's sunrise, sunset, and the night view from there!

Only two minor topics of improvement, I missed a place the hang the towel after shower and I would prefer to have extra pillows as well, but this didn’t impacted the great experience I had here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food

Hotel was very nice. Room is good enough. Location is far from airport. When you gona call room service if they come to your room for giving you something they gonna charge delivery charges.

The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds

Daily a large assortment of fruits, vegetables, desserts. Every morning and evening, besides other fruit, sliced pineapple, watermelon, melon. A very gently sloping entrance to the sea

The decor was great, the rooms were clean & comfy, the WiFi worked great & overall the location was accessible to many different food places/clubs/beaches etc… Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options

Recently returned from 11 nights at this hotel. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms we had were clean and the beds made daily

Safe in room which you don't have to pay extra for Really good wifi Mobility scooters/ walkers available to rent Cons No entertainment in the hotel however there was an entertainment room, which you accessed via the adjacent snack bar, from which you had to get drinks and they were not included in the all inclusive package

I was in a room with my dad but when we got the key, they had put us in a double bed

Plenty of sunbeds as there is a roof top area that has different types of sunbeds and also tables and chairs Super friendly staff including one guy in the restaurant (didn't get his name) who kept me supplied with watermelon (even after I'd left the restaurant, he bought me some to a side door

Food was a bit samey but we were there at the end of their season so I guess they were just using stuff up. Location wise it couldn't be better as its placed halfway between the beach and Porta Vetura theme park

Awesome, just a walk away from the theme park, nice spa and buffet. The pool was in the sun and warmed up for the kids in the afternoon, there were a few water slides around the pool

Rooms are on the small side, with limited storage and no bath, but the bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean. For us, that trade-off was fine since we spent most of the time out and about

The evening events were great, the people that organise the activities are happy and loads of fun. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean

The rooms were a great size, balcony included and an air con that came in very handy with the heat outside. The activities and entertainment throughout the week were well planned and very fun to partake in
