While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

This hotel is simply too good, the service is like home, the room is large and clean, and the two night stay was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner options are very rich and delicious. Stayed two nights and everything was satisfactory. The parking lot that cooperates with the hotel is a bit far away, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus.

The only drawback is that the toilet door cannot be closed, so non-couples or people traveling together need to pay attention. The room is large and has a balcony. There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel also has a car rental company, so you can easily rent a car for a day trip to explore nearby towns.

First-row sea view, perfect for a vacation. Right across from the hotel is a shopping area, so you can buy whatever you want to eat. However, the location is a bit out of the way. If you're on a business trip, getting to the city center will take some time.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.

Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. And the equipement needs to be modernised.

Had 3 nights here for a business trip and had a brilliant stay. Rooms are basic but perfectly fine with a comfy bed (2 singles rather than a double), new bathroom and big TV. Spent 4 nights here and loved every minute of my hoilday, hotel smelt and looked so fresh and clean bedroom was clean literally not faults! The hotel is decent for the price, but could improve on some things, such as the following: 1. Add a refrigerator in the room. 2. Add a wastebasket. 3. Fix the breakfast issue. They're only open from 8 to 9:45 a.m., and there are huge lines. We weren't able to take advantage of it. 4. Checkout at 10:00 a.m. is very early.
