While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.

Happy to recommend My stay fulfilled all my expectations of a vacation I'd promised myself.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again.

Lovely location/ great views/ food was normal for Spain / the meat was quite salty/ reception staff need to smile a bit more . Pool staff were great / nice beach walks / nice food restaurants local especially the Mexican just down the road 👌 also the steak house 👌/ you need to take a kettle and cups if you want tea otherwise you can loan one for £20 a week / refundable. / the resort covers all ages...

You certainly get your moneys worth. The positives are, the rooms are nice and modern, the showers are amazing! We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food. Thank you for such an amazing holiday and hopefully one day we will be back.

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. The rooms are comfortable. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. We had a lovely stay at Best Negresco. The sea view was stunning from our room even though we didn’t book it! The beach was a 2 minute walk, perfect location. The hotel was very clean. Plenty of varieties of food to choose from. Bar staff and reception staff were friendly, especially Adrian who was very helpful.

Before visiting, we did have a quick glance of the reviews again, which we did before booking and it seemed okay. Very comfortable hotell within walkingdistance to everything. I travelled alone with my two daughters (11 & 9 years) and they really enjoyed the experience from the overwhelming amount of food at the buffet to the daily pool hangouts.
