Hotel Toboso Chaparil in Nerja

We spent a lovely 5 days at Hotel Toboso Chaparil. It’s a small quiet hotel, friendly and in a great location, it is fairly basic and very clean. We booked a standard room but when we got there we were given the option to upgrade to a room with a balcony for €40 for the whole stay - which we did and was great with gorgeous views and the hills. Rooms aren’t as big as they are in photos but very comfortable, the only thing that was missing that would have been good was tea making facilities. Also note there are no mini fridges - just in case you’re wondering. Breakfast is from 8.25am and is served in the cafeteria, there is a cold and hot buffet breakfast, everything you could want. We left early in the morning when we were leaving and they prepared a couple of big breakfast bags for us - the service was impeccable. They only serve breakfast, there are places to have dinner and lunch nearby. Located just out side of the main centre - about an 8 minute walk to the main sites including the Balcony, beaches etc. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

We were allocated a small room which was very clean & had a lovely bathroom. Towels were changed daily. All credit to the cleaners. Rooms would really benefit from a kettle and small fridge as breakfast is not until 8.30am. The breakfast room was spacious and food good. Had Jet2 not advised us about the building work we would have been oblivious! We heard nothing in our room or the hotel although some rooms overlooked it. We only used the roof terrace on Sunday so there was no building work. Small pool was closed for winter. Hotel in good central position close to the beach and Balcon.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful check in was quick and easy the hotel is very clean. Room cleaned daily clean towels every day hotel has a lovely roof top pool area with a great view good breakfast selection there is also a nice little bar next door for drinks and tapas and a supermarket nearby. We loved it and would definitely return and recommend to others x

We have just returned from Nerja with TD. Stayed at Toboso Chaparil. Lovely hotel, spotless clean. Very good choice at Breakfast. The staff are courteous,helpful and friendly. Definitely will return.

Had a great stay lovely little hotel very clean pleanty of selections at breakfast nice little touch in bathroom packets with comb shaver toothbrush sowing set nice little pool on roof staff very friendly would recommend
