We visited in October and many things are closed for the offseason. However you would not expect the hotel to close the biggest pool without notice and have some smaller not heated pools open. The apartment is ok, but has some issues with moldy smell and missing ameneties like a water boiler and a spatula! The beds are hard and noicy when you move. They should have a top mattres. It status to hold 6 people, but is really only fit for 4, only 4 chairs in and out and you can't even sit 4 people in the balcony. Everything works, but we feel just a little more effort could be done to raise the level.

Arrived were told that there was minor construction. Walk onto grounds and not minor but major construction with open holes ,construction material everywhere , in even unsafe walking grounds. Nothing was open and our room smelt like an old attic. Very unhappy. The ZT hotel however listened to my concerns and moved us over to the hotel grounds but then we were charged for things we did not do such as buffet. We did do the buffet one night and the food was gross and made us all sick the Italian restaurant on grounds was horrible.

Easy to find the building. Difficult to find the entrance. A lot of door knocking before being directed to the correct place. Rooms, building and amenities are good. Poorly stocked with consumables, dishwashing liquid, plastic bags etc. 40€ extra for electricity with no air con, parking 13€ per day. Staff don't care about you. The worst RCI we have stayed in. To top it off, they make you wear a paper wrist band for your stay to visibly recognise you. Very unhygienic. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. It's definitely pay and pay.

Be sure you remember to check in at the Peniscola Plaza Suites. We were 4 women in our 60s and 70s and they put us where we had the most steps to get to our room. The rooms were adequate but we had to have some dressers repaired and they couldn’t fix the phone. Furniture Repairs were prompt but the service desk could have been more helpful at checkin. Not enough supplies for a week’s stay. Great location. Ends up no heat in our building either. And now no water for a while.

Out dated, bad smell in units…the hotel doesn’t follow up. Old…boring place. Mainly elderly people, buss loads every day. Very low buffe standard. Not delicate, no taste. Dumped in buckets. A glass of red wine was ice cold…they treat the old people bad in this way…this place is really needs a new set of staff who cares. Sorry I’ll not be back… I’m 64, but I care and react when I see such doing of being never mind. Have worked also in a hotel…this hotel is terrible!

Very old property and poor quality, unfriendly service. No blow dryer in unit. No coffee cups in unit but has offer maker. Mold in shower, second bathroom smelt like heavy pee. Towels were old and like sand paper. Parking not posted on RCI exchange page $11 euro per a day, suppose to receive 10% off never got it. Beds were hard, pillows are thin.

Nice and clean, friendly staff
This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage.

A beautiful beach front location, quiet beach and beautiful views. Plenty to do and plenty of bar’s & restaurants to choose to eat and drink from. Offers different types of catering, only downside is that the bracelets you have to wear are a little uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning as we all love it here.

Not very confortable, too big to manage with kindn
Too many rules (I bet necessary in such a big hotel), but timetables shouldn’t be more important than guests. Food is really good, they should inform that you have to book in advance for thematic restaurants, because there are long queues for that and use to be all full… apart yes not very comfortable,little cabinets, little rooms….

it was a very nice place, we had a pleasant time and can fully recommend it with swimming pool just in front of the appartment and a quick way to the beach. a little far away from Peñiscola city, but there were buses.
