Location: 110 km from Barcelona airport, 15 km from Reus airport, 10 km from the centre of Tarragona, 400 m from the center of Torrevieja, 600 m from the aquapark, 3 km from the centre of Salou, 200 m from the beach. The nearest bus stop is 250 m, taxi station -250 m, night bar 500 m, restaurants 400 m, supermarket – 100 m, pharmacy – 400 m, ATM – 1 km.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 166 rooms. All room types have a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishes). There are rooms for the disabled.

Beach: public, sandy 400 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Poolside deckchairs: free of charge. The beach is 2.5 km away.

Love holiday did not once explain that when I arrive at 4.30 am nobody would be there to meet me, I had to call a number then had to follow an email link to check us all in, then got charged €328 before I was then told to leave the building go round the side and retrieve a key safe to get key to my room Apartment was lovely couldn’t fault it, only few issues no kettle in kitchen, when asked at reception for 1 have to hire daily, not acceptable when I booked a self catering apartment, then was a coffee machine, not everyone drinks coffee, there are 4 hobs and a microwave no oven so pizza and oven cooked food no good not very recommended for self catering, asked for toilet roll to be told I need buy my own,Have to buy soap powder to wash the towels and bedding that was supplied Reception staff were all amazing When selling this holiday love holidays need state proper information Transfers do not go to the hotel drop you off and pick up 5 mins away up hill not ideal early hours of the morning

Just checked out after a few nights here, a few nights were more than enough.. Firstly if u book a transfer with love holidays be prepared to be dumped out about a 5 minute walk uphill from these apartments. This is fine during the day but we arrived at 4.20am! Found the apartments with the help of google maps and when we arrived there wasn’t a soul around. I had to ring a number. Get sent a link to upload both mine and my wife’s passport details and then another link to send €213. All this before getting instructions to an outside box to get our keys. Finally found the room only for the keycards not to work.. had to send a video to clarify. It was after 5am before we finally got into our room.. if you are not phone savvy this is not the place for you.. had it been my wife in charge they would have found us on a sofa the next morning. Unacceptable in my eyes in this day and age that they accept bookings out of hours but there is no one to meet you! First thing next morning I got a txt to go to reception. We did this to be given wristbands and informed there would be no housekeeping for the duration of our stay. We had to do our own dishes ( not an issue) but also had to bring out our own rubbish to bins outside the hotel.. No bar, restaurant, gym facilities, pool snack… all closed.. after all that I do have some positives. The room itself was basic but clean. The 2 girls on reception were very friendly and helpful but that’s where it stops! La Pineda itself is a nice village but it is that.. a village.. buses to Salou and Tarragona are plentiful and I would recommend doing a day in each place.. definitely won’t be returning.

Stayed here for 5 nights, apartment was clean and in good order. Very good size for a family of 3, with 2 bathrooms, large sofa (sofa bed if needed), balcony the full width of the apartment with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Nice table and chairs set on the balcony and a large airer to dry off swimsuits and towels. The facilities are great too, pool a good size and plenty of sunbeds. The apartment is located in a quiet area of La Pineda, so it's nice and peaceful, but close enough to everything, 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the main centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful everytime we spoke to them.

Would not recommend this place at all. When we first arrived to the hotel, the receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. Very bad customer service. Check in is very late, couldn't check in until 5pm. We were told that we have to pay €200 deposit and it was never mentioned anything about a deposit when we were booking online. We were given a list of rules to follow, we felt like we were walking on eggshells the whole time we were here, felt very difficult to relax. We had to store our bags in their staff room upon arrival which i felt was an inappropriate place to put our personal belongings. The hotel room was clean, but we had no basic hygiene products, and when we asked to get some extra toilet paper, we were told no. There is even no handsoap in the public toilets in the hotel. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. The small snack bar is not open until June. The upstairs pool area is not open. None of this was mentioned to us. No music in the pool area, not very lively. Very boring atmosphere. Terrible experience here, will not be back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We arrived at 2-40 pm ,paid €200 deposit ,taxes & early check-in, total €238, got spotless room, changed & went for a beer only to find no bar/food/machine to buy water, on site shop 5 mins walk, got other hotel booked out 16_15 , shame on them Budget travel should be ashamed as well, shortest hotel stay ever but NEVER AGAIN. Far better than this in the immediate area without 10 mins walk for a warm bottle of water

When we arrived at 8am was told we had to wait till 5pm to check in , so we asked if we could store our luggage there till 5 whilst we tried to get our bearings and was told no. So we came back at 5pm very unimpressed at having to haul everything around then bam we were told we had to pay a €200 deposit on card told him I only had cash so I was told “go home then” he would not take cash but the following day as we saw people check in who were told cash or card 😡then €77 tax. No bar no entertainment the pool is tiny no kettle in room just a dolce gusto machine with no pods and of course I don’t bring coffee pods on holiday lol so that was pointless . The hotel is close to a beach but there is not much about really need to take the bus or taxi to Salou which is lovely. We found that a lot of the staff were very rude to us from day one. We walked down to the beach where we were met with graffiti everywhere simply stating “Tourists go home” I will never return to this area again I’ll stick with Greece the people there are so much more welcoming guys unless your ok with disappointment don’t book this place at all .

I went with my family for a week in a double room. Arriving at the apartment, the sink faucet in the kitchen was splashing everywhere, the handle of one of the doors was loose and one of the doors leading to the terrace was blocked. After complaining to reception (where no one speaks French, thank you Google translation), the hotel put us in another apartment where not everything was great (burned out wall light bulb, broken TV). In low season, well done... The only positive point is the quick access to the beach.

Absolut great. Clean apartments, private kitchen, nice restaurant, great and friendly staff always ready to help. Loved our stay in 2019 and wish the pandemic be over asap and we will definitely come back to this fabulous place. Wanted to say thank you to the staff and the owners of the hotel for making our stay as comfy as possible.

Positives.....hotel was clean and modern, rooms large with good facilities. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly, nice pool area and play area. Perfect location to the beach. La pineda was lovely, safe sandy beach, nice restaurants and close to the theme parks. Ideal location.

Negatives...on arrival wanted €100 for deposit in case of any damage to the room, which would be refunded at the end of the holiday, the relaxation terrace outside was shut, no beauty treatments available, restaurant small and the food was disgusting, minimal choice, a lot of fish, no signs to say what the food was so you had to guess what you were eating. One night they served bunny rabbit!!!! If you found some food you could eat it was cold, whatever you chose. Told staff on numerous occasions the food was cold, no response from them. Definitely not 4 * standard for food. Bar staff often got drink orders wrong. On the day we arrived they was a school party staying and were there for the next 3 days, very noisy teenagers running around jumping and bombing in the pool and taking over the pool area. Very loud in the dining area. There was also a chill out area and games (pool & ice hockey) in the corridor near our room which was very noisy after midnight. We did not expect to pay for a 4 * hotel and it be filled with school parties.
