Honestly, it’s not a bad place, but what we got was very different from what we were sold.

Kid-friendliness – The hotel is advertised as kid-friendly, but our experience was the opposite.
We usually put our kids to bed around 10, even on vacation, because they are still small. In this hotel, that was impossible. Every evening there’s a full-volume concert in the garden until midnight, and the rooms are not soundproof at all. My daughter even asked me to close the window because she couldn’t sleep—but it was already closed. Unfortunately, even after midnight you can’t open the window, because people at the bar keep shouting until 4 a.m., and the so-called kid-friendly hotel does nothing about it.

So you end up keeping the window shut all night, but then comes the next problem: the air conditioning system looks like it’s from the 90s and is extremely inefficient. So you either roast your family in a hot room or let in the noise from the drunk guests outside.

Pools – The pools are nice, although the water is colder than the sea. Not bad, but with so many children around you’d like to have some peace in the afternoon, which is impossible, since all the rooms face the pools and again, they’re not soundproof.

Food – Mediocre. It’s edible, but really nothing special. After a week it gets boring, and even though we paid for all-inclusive, we ended up going out just to have some variety.

Staff – Friendly, but clearly very tired.

Cleanliness – Could be better. The rooms are not very tidy, and the pools sometimes have things floating in them.

Overall – The pools are genuinely good. If it were possible, I’d use this hotel just for the pools and then return to a quiet, comfortable room in another hotel.

Who should come here? Couples who don’t care about sleeping and just want to drink and eat all day. But I would never recommend this place for families with kids, no matter how nice the pools are.

4th visit to this hotel . Booked directly , so get gold all inn. We liked the hotel because we like the Spanish food and especialy the tapas at 12 u and the thema restaurants at lunch. This year the tapas and the lunch thema let us down , here 8 days now and saw sardines only once, last year every 2 days i think. The rest is more fried stuff and taistless.Same for the buffet , always liked it , this year quality of the meat and fish no good and also taistless. We will try the thema now for dinner, hope that will be better otherwise we will need to eat outside . The hotel is top for children, but very very noisy day and night. Animation is nice if you like it but why so loud?? We love children , but book this periode because normally its school so a bit calmer in hotels. Not here, more baby ´s and children all age keep arriving whit yelling and crying day and night. I think the lazy river attracks New clients , good for the hotel and people who dont mind noise. All personel is very friendly and drinks are very good. We are still here till tuesday , hope to finish our holiday in good mood. Sadly dont think we will return. For children its paradise .Last year we found always a calm space around the Pool , thats gone now also with the music from animation very loud. This is our personal opinion, depends what every sees like a good holiday.

Queues at breakfast, lunch, dinner. We waited 40 minutes before they let us in. Waves like pigs, wooden pier full of nails. The pool smelled of chemicals. No one cleaned the dirty dishes and there was nowhere to take clean cutlery. My daughter has bites all over her body like from puppies. Never again!

Just enjoyed 5 days here with family. The hotel is 4* although I have stayed at much better 3*s. I think the pools give it the extra star. Pros Plenty of pools, good sizes and lots of different ones for different ages Very clean all around Slides are good Right on the beach Plenty of sunbeds each day Food and drinks at poolside bars are good - ice lollies & crisps are included too Cons Queues outside restaurants for food (never experienced this before). & I don’t mean a little queue; more a queue of 50+ people Rooms are small - we had 1 plug socket in the entire room & 1 in the bathroom. More for spanish families - entertainment is all in Spanish and a lot of staff don’t speak English either Food isn’t great in main restaurant No menus for what you can have on all inclusive so it’s just guess work Overall, we enjoyed the stay but wouldn’t return. Much better for Spanish people which is fair enough since it’s in Spain but they are definitely better catered to even though all guests are paying the same price so does seem slightly unfair.

Absolute shambles of a hotel, nothing going on for kids, spider man from temu dancing for about 20 mins at 9pm then it's like a morge full of old people dancing.
Nothing around the area what so ever. Rooms are tiny with door handles falling off.

Food is basic to say the least, u have to book at restaurants which we never got told and got told to leave ever after one of the staff took out drinks order didnt even let us have our drinks. Construction works going on with power drills going full ham at 15:30 by the pool area while everyone is trying to chill.

Never again will I stay here it's horrendous. Only good thing is the pool is a massive other than that it's a 2☆ at most.

Went with my husband and son (4) and had a good time. I've been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and I think this is one of the best for what you get. Branded ice creams/ icelollies, Estrella on tap and branded soft drinks and spirits. You can go to snack bars at the different cusine restaurants in the day but only until 6pm for silver package customers (seems Jet 2 customers) you cannot go in them at night. We weren't offered an upgrade to the gold package that we saw a lot of other guests had but it was fine. The resort itself is massive; a huge pool, multiple water slides, lazy river and 2 themed splash parks for little ones, my son absolutely loved it. Rooms were basic, very well cleaned every day. Our view was of the street but that didn't bother us, only thing that worried me was how low the balcony was (we were on the 3rd floor) and it seemed little over a metre high. We kept our son off it most of the time. I've seen some reviews saying the food isn't good which confused me. I'm a fussy eater and so is my son and we always found something to eat so no qualms about the food other than some of the breakfast items being cold. The queues can get massive for getting into the main buffet restaurant, so aim to get there before 9:30am for breakfast. Also saw reviews saying there is nothing around. If you're used to really bustling places and plenty of lively bars I get it but it's not dead by any stretch. The front of the hotel has some souvenir shops and a supermarket, the side of the hotel has a popular cafe/ ice cream parlour. If you go out the back gate of the hotel you are straight on the beach, you can walk down the promenade and there's some bars, restaurants and shops dotted around. Straight outside there are also bouncy castles at night on the beach, €5 for 20 minutes which my son went on a few nights. There's also a castle about a 20 minute walk down and there was what looked like a funfair next to it. We ventured out 2 nights for food for change of scenery and it was really decently priced. Everyone has different preferences on holiday but I recommend for couples or families with young children.

We travelled with Jet2 to this hotel as a family of four. This hotel is primarily Spanish guests, not a problem at all but they were entitled to more areas of the Hotel than the British Jet 2 package allows. For instance, the British Jet 2 package did not allow entry into one of 3 el carte restaurants past a certain time. The room is small and cramped for four people. It comprises a small fridge, desk/tv stand, a sliding wardrobe and a safe. It seems that the English people were put facing the road and none had a sea or pool view. The room had two double beds which were ok and generally firm. The bathroom had a shower and sink. On one evening there was no water at all to the shower or sink which made for an uncomfortable hour. No gesture of goodwill was granted by the Hotel or Jet2 despite asking. The room was kept very tidy by the cleaning staff. The pool area is fantastic, one large pool, a lazy river and water slides. The water is salt not chlorinated. Unfortunately children are not allowed inflatables. This is one area the hotel could improve as it is a family hotel and I would recommend they allow just an hour in the morning and afternoon for children to have fun on inflatables. The area around the sun beds is artificial turf and this does get very very hot to walk on. Lifeguards are on hand at the pool area for safety. The Bars around the pool serve a large selection of drinks, snacks and ice cream. The beer is Estralla Damm. The service is quick. The food at the hotel is generally very good. Sometimes a bit hit and miss. The most annoying thing in the main buffet bar is finding what you need. For instance, cutlery is all over the place, tea spoons in one area, separate from desert spoons which are again separate from the knives and forks. Drinks are served in the bottle by staff. I found lost of plates and glasses especially which were not properly clean so best to check these. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy throughout. The evening entertainment caters for children and then adults and is of a good standard. Lots of seating but this get taken up by about 8:30pm. Evening drinks are served in glasses which is nice and daytime understandably in plastic cups. The Hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the port of Roquetas. This currently has a decent fair on worth visiting with Children. A taxi to the port costs about €6 and staff will arrange a taxi for guests. All in all a good trip away. To get to 4* I would expect more space in the room, better layout in the restaurant and more food choices for British guests.

Visited as a family of 6 (3 generations) in early July. As previous reviewers have stated, the hotel had predominantly Spanish guests so a few words of Spanish were very useful and appreciated by the staff. If you stay here don't expect it to be like Benidorm with everyone speaking English, but you can always get burger and chips if you really have to. The bedrooms were small but the beds were huge, comfortable and rooms serviced well every day. We found food in the buffet restaurant had an extensive choice, with dishes changing every day. There was also show cooking at all three meal sittings. All the dishes had an explanation card in various languages including English. The speciality restaurants served snacks throughout the day but naturally had a more limited menu. The Spanish generally eat late (lunch til 4 pm) so to avoid any queues we ate at British meal times. The pool area extensive and had plenty of sun umbrellas and sun beds. If you wanted a particular spot you should reserve your bed before 8:00 am. Activities were mainly in Spanish but everyone was included. Aqua gym at midday was great fun, if a little noisy, and attracting a full swimming pool of participants. The bars served local and international brands with a good choice of cocktails made to order. All Inclusive officially ends at 12 midday on your day of departure, but as we arrived late evening we were allowed to use all the AI facilities until we left. All in all if you want to enjoy a holiday with a true Spanish feel I highly recommend the Zoraida Garden

We are currently staying here as a British family of four (children aged 5 and 9) and I cannot praise this hotel enough! I can’t understand why anyone has left poor reviews. The hotel is immaculately clean, both inside and around the outdoor areas. The cleaning staff work around the clock and it shows. Every member of staff we have spoken to are friendly, making an effort to wave at the kids and speak to them. Staff are extremely attentive, you never have to wait more than 30 seconds for a drink or a snack. The food is great, lots of choice both in the main food halls and around the pool snack bars. The ice creams and lollies are all branded. The all inclusive drinks are again fantastic with a wide selection. There’s something to suit everyone, including slushes and milkshakes. There are so many pools, splash parks and slides for the kids (and adults!) with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. We’ve never struggled to get a bed and we are here in the school holiday. The beach is directly opposite the hotel, it’s not a sandy beach, but more of a soft pebble type beach. This didn’t bother us or the kids at all, and you can pay 5 euro a day for a sun lounger. Yes, 90% of the guests are Spanish, but I don’t know why anyone is complaining about this. We’re in Spain!! Everyone has been kind and polite to us, and the kids are overcoming the language barrier to play with all of the children from all over Europe. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone that’s thinking about booking it. We’ve been to lots of hotels over the years and this one is by far our favourite. We will definitely be back!
