I stayed only one night. The lady at the check-in was very helpful. However, the hotel and rooms were not in good shape. The air conditioner was very noisy and old. The refrigerator was not working. The Wi-Fi was not functioning. Even though I tried a couple of times, it didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We actually came up to the reception at night, but no one was there. Seems like you do not have 7/24 coverage. We were planning to ask for a room change.

The exterior and interior were beautiful, the room was spacious, the bed was big, and the amenities were great - I really liked it! I was right to decide to stay here for two nights.
I got a good night's sleep at this hotel, which helped me overcome jet lag and completely soothe the fatigue of traveling.
I fell in love with both the city of Granada and this hotel, so I hope to stay here again someday.

Great little hotel.
Room was clean and spacious.
Dont be fooled by the 1 star rating.
PS: just a 2 minute drive to the Alhambra parking lot up the hill.

A simple, extremely clean hotel on the outskirts of Granada... Very well located either for visiting Granada or going to sci as we did, in the Sierra Nevada. Staff and especially Mr.Pepe are marvelous. Beds are comfy, and you have a fridge in the room. WiFI is very stable....parking is available on request in the hotel garage. My third visit and absolutely not my last. Actually we should not leave a review because it is a hidden gem, but on the other hand it is to nice for not sharing!

Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Heating effective kept us warm. Easy bus route into centre of Granada or direct to the Alhambra. Spacious bathroom with hot shower. Friendly reception. Good WiFi. We didn't have breakfast so no comment on that.

Excellent value. Well located for walking into Granada. Taxi rank 100 yards. We went skiing and venue was perfect. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking in hotel garage was extra but plenty of on street parking within 3 mins walking.
