Yit Casablanca Hotel in Granada

Overall a great experience. The room was spacious, had a good desk and was in a central location.

Perfect location, great prices and the staff at the reception was extremely professional and give us lots of informations. Only thing that can be better will be more choice and quality for the breakfast.

We stayed at an Airbnb inside Hotel YIT Casablanca, and it was a great experience. The space was spacious, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — right in front of a park, within walking distance to the Hassan II Mosque, and close to supermarkets and shops. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Casablanca.

A very average hotel made great by the amazing staff. let me start with the good stuff, more of the average later; the hotel is situated really close to all of the main attractions, Alhambra, the Cathedral and so many more. The price per night is extremely competitive given the central location. I stayed for 8 nights so you get a real sense of the place. The place is incredibly clean, the cleaners were so helpful, in fact consistently better than the four star hotels I stayed in during 2021 for business. The two rooms I stayed in were newly refurbished. The receptionists were so friendly and helped me by taking the time to converse in Spanish to me when they knew I wanted to learn. When I had a problem with a neighbour(s), they showed genuine concern and moved me, in fact upgraded me. I was always warmly welcomed. This hotel is let down by an unimaginative corporate model - although the rooms are amazingly clean and everything worked perfectly, the place is sparse, there are no extras, fridge (remember many people need a fridge to store their medication), duvet, kettle - it needs some imaginative care. And, beverages come from a machine in the lobby where they commit a cardinal sin - there is no tea or hot water. For an Englishman, the absence of tea at any time but especially in the early morning is unforgivable!!! (I did not book and pay for breakfast as I like to go out and find local stuff)

I think the owners/managers should talk to their staff, I bet they have some great ideas. Here is the thing, you, the owners, have what most businesses lack, competent great people so please do something to make it all of it great.

I felt at ease as they guided me through various activities, such as watching flamenco, making reservations for the Alhambra Palace, and arranging taxis.
