My experience at this hotel was far worse than anything I had seen online, truly beyond the reviews and my expectation. I found the bathroom drain completely clogged, there were nails and hair on the beds, the hotel was noisy, the rooms had very poor lighting, and the bathroom outlet was literally loose, which felt unsafe. The whole place clearly needs urgent renovation. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing, with cold eggs and very few options. Overall, the lack of basic hygiene, maintenance, and quality is unacceptable, and this is definitely not a four-star hotel as it claims to be.

The hotel is the same as I remember, it's why I chose it for my trip. The restaurant is top, super worth the experience. The water is inclined, the tapas are awesome. I forgot to tell my entrecote to be well done, it was a bit raw for me unlike previous visits. Overall a good experience and staff, the receptionist was super friendly, helped me with taxi service. Rooms are comfortable and beds are perfect for big people. The downside is the breakfast. Must be improved.

The room was clean, and even during my two-day stay, they even came to clean it midway through. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada's Mendez Núñez Station and next to a supermarket. I booked breakfast, and enjoyed delicious food every morning. However, I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables. There weren't many amenities. There was liquid soap for the whole body, hand soap, bath towels, and face towels. There were no toothbrushes, tissues, or other amenities. There were several people at the reception, and they were all very kind, lending me a fork to eat the salad I bought at the supermarket and storing my luggage after I checked out. They tried to understand my poor Spanish.

It's located in a very well-connected area. There's a restaurant area, a bus stop, a metro station right across the street, and a supermarket right next door. Everything is very close.

Small room without kettle and its cold at night. There isn't towel hanger but room was clean. There is a good breakfast and bar with tv so u can watch mach at evening but only at one from 3.
