My stay at M.A. Princesa Ana Hotel was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well organized, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always available to help with any request, which made me feel truly welcomed. The hotel is well located, with easy access to public transportation and close to many important places and attractions. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and well prepared, offering a good selection to start the day. The facilities were well maintained and the overall service quality was excellent. In general, M.A. Princesa Ana Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Overall good. Perfect view for Mount Nevada and tram outside the hotel. Only problem is everything is too old.

We booked a double room with extra bed, but only two beds were provided. On the good side, the location and cleanliness was top tier. Checking in took some time but the receptionist was very nice.

One of the good hotel to stay and the metro station, bus station are just infront of hotel and everything is walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for its guest service approach.
