We didn’t stay at the hotel but booked their spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. Their pools and saunas are very personal and only shares with a few people so it was very nice and chill. Personal almost. We also booked their massage. Celia and Javi were really good! My mom don’t speak any English or Spanish but Celia was very caring and nice and made sure that my mom was relaxing and enjoying. Javi was very helpful introducing the experience and the massage I got was super. Definitely recommend if you spend more time in Granada.

The room was very noisy. For hours, all we could hear were children running up and down the hallways, and no one from the hotel seemed to do anything about it. Getting any rest was impossible.
To top it off, the staff seemed to be having a pretty good time by the staff door next to the wellness center... The light eyed receptionist came out looking very happy with his younger colleague. Which made me think the noise might not have been from kids after all.
The bathroom was dirty and had to be """""""cleaned"""""again (if you can even call it that). Honestly, it felt like no one was actually working there.
Overall, it felt more like a circus than a hotel, and definitely not worth the price.

Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Didn't try their breakfast but had dinner there which was okish. Staff courteous & always ready to help. Not far from the city centre. We walked there and sounds but there are easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there.

It offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is decent, and the parking facilities and location are very convenient. It's a bit far from downtown, but that's okay.

Convenient location. But the hotel is quite old-fashioned where lighting in the bathroom is not sufficient.

The hotel is huge, and we received excellent service from the reception staff, the dining room staff, and the cleaning staff.
The room was very spacious, with a main bedroom and a separate area with two additional beds. The only drawback was the soundproofing; we could hear the constant traffic on the avenue and people talking late at night.
The distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, but the walk is very pleasant.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is only 15 minutes walking distance from the train station down hill. We'll located and clean. Worth the stay. The breakfast buffet is great. Everything you can imagine. Price is 18 euros not 12 dollars as other websites state. Worth the 18 euros.

The price is very high during peak season, making it not very cost-effective. The price is acceptable during the off-season.
