Reviews
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the team were particularly good at accommodating dietary requirements, including gluten intolerance. Overall, a very pleasant and stress-free stay—highly recommended.
Upon departure, I discovered damage to my car, which had been parked in the hotel’s private garage throughout my stay. I reported this immediately. A staff member came to inspect the damage, documented everything, and explicitly confirmed that the person responsible could be identified using the on-site camera footage, especially since a camera was located directly in that area.
Afterwards, the hotel provided only a brief and unsatisfactory response, claiming that nothing was visible on the video recordings. This is highly questionable. Either the camera was not operational, or the hotel chose not to disclose the information. Both scenarios are unacceptable. After further inquiries, I received a short reply from the hotel’s own insurance stating that nothing more could be done — and that was the end of the matter from the hotel’s side.
For a 5-star hotel of this reputation, this handling is frankly outrageous. This is even more disappointing given that I am a Platinum Member, and I expected a far more professional and customer-focused response.
Another major disappointment was the Level Lounge. Due to a private event, the actual lounge was closed. This was not communicated in advance. Instead, the lounge was relocated to an unsuitable conference room, which did not come close to the standard or atmosphere one expects from an exclusive lounge experience.
Overall, a very disappointing stay. Considering the high price point and the hotel’s claimed standards, this property is not recommended, particularly in terms of service quality, transparency, and problem resolution.
Staff were very helpful and supportive.
parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool is heated but do not expect it to be super hot, it was chill mid November.
The breakfast is worth the 25€, food is very qualitative with a lot of choice for all tastes (salty, sweet, pastries…).
Overall very good quality for money.
The only thing which could be improved is cleanliness of common parts like corridors which were dirty the 3 days we stayed.
Be friendlier - older gentleman- my husband asked for smaller change for tips and was told there was none where I had asked a few minutes before and got it as he was counting a wad of
Cash. Guess he didn’t want to go the extra service as his cash was counted?
