the room was beautiful and very clean. the location of hotel is perfect. within 10 minutes and you’re at the center of Bilbao. Also, there is a coworking area, where you can silently do your work or study, which i find it perfect!
However, there was a lack of fresh air circulation. There are barley no windows. Also, it is noisy at nights, so be prepared.

Good rooms but no servive at all

Expensive hotel regarding the poor quality of the rooms and the lack of insonorisation. We do not recommend this place. Only advantage is that it is 15 minutes walk from the center.

The hotel was centrally located and easy access. The Wifi did not work properly, only in a few parts of the hotel. The walls, doors and windows have no kindof sound proofing at all. All night we could hear talking outside and we could hear the couple next door "enjoy each" other way too loud.

Staff were helpful with baggage. eu law I understood there must be disabled facilities in public places.

Left hotel a day earlier as very dark and drab.
