Lovely cute boutique hotel! All the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Always welcoming. Rooms were small but cosy, clean and tidy. The hotel was central and easy to walk to everything. The beach was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel!

My daughter and i stayed here for one night and loved it!Welcoming staff nice breakfast and reasonably priced facing the beach in an quaint old building with art work adorning all the walls. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It has character!

I chose this place because it is away from the main drag in Santander, but still with easy access. We walked most places otherwise you could hop on one of the many buses or grab a cab. We were on the ground floor. The room was small but delightfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was down some stairs where a limited buffet was on offer, but this included locally made pastries. I went with my husband for 3 nights and we had a great time/

Difficult review this as I'd place it higher than a three but not a four for me. Handy for the fine beach and near the football stadium which was my reason for visiting. Easy to get to by several bus services which you pick up from near where the airport bus drops off. A few bars and some good restaurants nearby and a handy little shop for newspapers and quality bread if needed! Hotel very clean and a friendly welcome. It's an old building so no lift. My room pretty small but I knew this from research. Just me so no problem with space but bathroom a little tight and the loo has little room around it. For my three night stay it was fine. Average breakfast. If you get a good rate it's great value but if not others may offer more.

Communication from staff was excellent. When we arrived we were advised that our room was out of action due to a leak. However, we were provided with accommodation at their alternative site (2 minutes away). The room was clean and spacious and had everything we could want from our stay. We loved the look of the hotel but the apartments were lovely too.

Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming and intimate hotel located in the heart of the historic center of Oaxaca, Mexico. The hotel's rooms are beautifully decorated with traditional Mexican art and textiles, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

We did not use the breakfast facilities. The member of staff on reception was excellent at both check in and out. Very helpful and informative.

A lovely cosy hotel and great view of the beach from the shower! Very nice to arrive and have a beer in the seating area outside. A quirky hotel in all the right ways and a lovely change from the usual bland rooms.

Very nice place, awesome location in a quiet area but at the same time just 10 min walk from Santander Downtown. Lovely
Breakfast was good. The staff was super nice, even the owner was very helpful. Rooms are beautiful and washrooms are fully renovated, Wi-Fi works great. My only but...the size of the room...Extremely tiny! Otherwise perfect.

Nice bar! You can take some drinks and also eat little things to share(eat).

Affordable. Paid €50 for four people without ordering alcohol.
They sell pasta (€7), which was a godsend after eating meat for two days in a row.
The gambarini pasta was not as nice as the spaghetti was quite bland. Carbonara was decent.
Recommend if you've been eating tapas for two days straight.
