Good service, great hospitality at reception. Friendly helpful staff, the guided and suggested places for me visit for dinner and shopping. Their breakfast is the same breakfast bar every day. Beds are twin size which are small in width, not a typical size for hotels. It is lacking laundry facilities for extended stays and dinner options. Other than that it is good older facility to stay at in the industrial area of Santander.

We stayed just one night prior to getting the ferry back to England. We had our dogs with us and the hotel catered very well for them. We didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel, but there were plenty of choices for both within a short walk of the hotel.

Loved the stay in this NH hotel in particularly, we travelled with our dog and it was the first time they have left us a bed and a toy for him. Small details count 😌

Quite old and expensive but close to restaurants and sites.

The hotel is well located in the city and is pleasant. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety.

I got bugs bites all other my body. My room was full of bed bugs and this is awful for a hotel !
I don’t recommend this hotel !!
The hotel don’t even want to recognize that there have bed bugs
The place is calamitous, some parts of the ceiling are missing in the hallway.

If you can avoid this hotel, do it !!
