Food was impeccable! Highly recommend the carbonara and the buffet breakfast is not to be missed. Absolutely unreal!

We didn’t use the pool as it’s early December too cold! Spa and gym are also amazing. Just what you need in there! Super impressed.
I wish I could give more stars but based on my experience I really can't. Before I continue I have to note that the only thing that I found nice was the staff.
First thing I would like to note is the price which when you look at it it seems nice but considering that breakfast is an additional 19 eur per person and per day, the price is a bit ridiculous. You can pay just a few bucks more and get an hotel that's closer to the center and has breakfast. Another downside is that the rooms are chosen by "preference" and there is no assurance what kind of room you will have until you arrive. When I contacted them in booking they did not give direct answers but rather long tamplated messages that can be confusing for most (so was for me that I mistook it as breakfast included).
As we enter the room it was not that dirty in general but there were spots on the bedsheets. Another thing I have to note about the room was the shower head that was broken and also the plate.
WORST THING that happened was that when we we were waiting at the hotel lobby one of our bags almost got stolen by two thieves that were comfortably sitting in the couches. If we hadn't seen them for a second we would have lost our passports and credit cards. It's ridiculous how they could so easily stay inside the hotel and try to steal your stuff right in front of you. It's not normal for hotel security to allow this to happen.
I didn't use all hotel facilities so I definitely can't speak about everything. This may be a unique personal experience but I believe it's best to share so everyone is aware.
The breakfast was good, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near both the metro and tram lines, which made getting around much easier.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the heating in our room did not work at all — in fact, it made the room even colder. I reported the issue twice, and each time I was told it would be fixed, but nothing happened. I then asked several times if we could at least have an extra duvet, and although it was promised to us twice, we never received it.One of the receptionists was also quite rude. He told me they didn’t have any extra duvets, and then started whispering in Spanish while I was standing right in front of him, which felt disrespectful. In the end, we were given another room, but there was still no heating and still no extra duvet. This was extremely disappointing considering we paid almost 150 euros per night.
Additionally, checking in takes a long time because there are only two staff members handling a large number of guests, so you have to wait in line.
The location is far from center unless you want to be in front of a shopping mall
Overall, the comfort of the bed were positives, but the poor service and unresolved heating issues made our stay far from satisfactory.
