This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they surprised us with the cutest and most amazing setup, which made our stay even more special. Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

This is my second time at Me, and it's undoubtedly the best hotel in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, the cleanliness is impeccable, the rooftop terrace is lovely, and above all, the staff at reception are absolutely delightful especially SIM.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in. I had originally booked two connecting family rooms, but the receptionist said it wasn't that type and they could only give us two standard rooms. I didn't want to be separated from my family, so I contacted Ctrip. I want to especially thank Ctrip and the hotel; although it was unexpected, both sides were very proactive in resolving the issue for us, even upgrading one of our rooms to a suite with an adjacent connecting room. The resolution was quite quick, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.
Location: Excellent, not far from Boqueria Market, Casa Milà, and Casa Batlló, about a 10-minute walk.
Hotel Facilities: Very new and clean, with many nice art installations that add a touch of style to the hotel.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Casa Batlló, in a very central location, but check-in is a bit complicated. Most of the staff are friendly, but the hotel only provides two bottles of bottled water a day, no more. There is a kettle in the room. Overall, it's not bad, maybe a bit better than the Ji Hotel in China, but not great value for money.

It's at the same level as Atour in China, but the bed is not as comfortable as Atour. I don't know how it got the Gold Diamond rating.
