I had a wonderful stay at the Wilson Boutique Hotel in Barcelona. The hotel is absolutely charming and beautiful, with a very cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible – every request was handled quickly and professionally, which made the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was simply excellent, with great quality and variety. I truly felt comfortable there, almost like being at home. I have stayed at this hotel several times already and will definitely return again in the future.
I can highly recommend the Wilson Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Very walkable distance to any direction for attractions.
Room size was okay, but there was a musty sewer kind of smell when entering the room especially around the vent, which made us not even ask to switch rooms. The smell is similar to what it smells like outside the hotel.

Very disappointing stay at Wilson Hotel. The location on Avenida Diagonal is good and close to Paseo de Gracia, but that’s where the positives end.
The room was extremely dusty, causing an allergic reaction. There was thick dust on the light fixtures above the bed and the bathroom heater, clearly not cleaned for a long time. Turning on the air conditioning made it worse. We reported this, but no solution or room change was offered, and the issue was never resolved.
The bed was very small and uncomfortable, and we barely slept for two nights. It did not match the room description or photos from our booking (we booked a double room with balcony). At checkout, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and although we were told the manager would contact us, we never received any follow-up.
Breakfast was below expectations for a four-star hotel: limited selection, self-service only, and inattentive staff.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for a trip celebrating my mother's 60th birthday.
I booked this suite because it had a gym and a bathtub.
I reserved a room with two single beds for a family trip, but when I checked in, I was told it only had a king-size bed.
When I checked with the receptionist, they insisted that there were no suites with two single beds.
Is this a scam?
When I asked to change to a room with two single beds, they downgraded the room and didn't refund the difference. It was a terrible experience.
The room was cleaned differently each day, and my personal belongings were touched and thrown away without my permission.
The gym equipment was also damaged and unusable.
This is the worst hotel.

Absolutely amazing location. Walking distance to Passage De Gracia (i.e. Casa Batllo, Mila and Amatler), accessible to buses and lots of restaurant options around.
Room was good, big enough for us but the design of the washroom was weird. You can literally see your SO while they do their business. It was also a little loud since we have streetview, but it was tolerable after a whole day of touring around - we were kinda too tired to even care.
Bed was good too. They gave us a makeshift King size bed by putting two double bed together. They also provided a nice pack and play bed for the little one.
They can really make the stay better by having robs and slippers available. Floor was freezing and yet, no slippers. There was also no toiletries. Though we dont really need it, it would’ve been appreciated regardless.
They have a nice balcony and gym but we didn’t use it. And there was no breakfast buffet when we stayed.
Staff were kind and really helpful. Price was fair considering that we came during peak tourist month.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are great. The shower however had very low water pressure to the point I had a hard time getting shampoo out of my hair.
The staff working at the front desk reception were more interested in being on their phones than helping guests. The hotel should possibly consider hiring those who are actually there to work. The staff were not very helpful with any inquiries as they seemed to be very much engulfed in whatever was on their cell phones.

It's within walking distance of places like Casa Mila and the bus stop is nearby, yet it's a little away from the crowded city center, so it's safe and has a good atmosphere, making it a great location.
The staff were all very friendly and were very helpful in temporarily storing our luggage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I think it's a very good value hotel for the price.
I'd love to stay here again when I visit Barcelona.

It was my mistake. I realized I booked the wrong date and requested a cancellation within one minute of payment — but they still refused. I sent multiple emails (no reply), and called many times before finally getting through days later. Terrible customer service. Don’t rely on this hotel for any support.

Beware these reviews must be fake. The hotel rooms look NOTHING like the photos. I felt like we were duped! The rooms look like old offices, they were musty, dusty, pillows with mysterious stains, the lights made a buzzing sound, the shower was weird (there’s no shower door or curtain so water was splashing everywhere. The ac would reset itself( we changed it to 28 celcius and within 30 mins the ac would turn itself back down to 22 celcius).
On top of the terrible rooms, the hotel is not very responsive. I contacted them before my arrival and there was no response! I emailed and called, there was no answer.
Im surprised by the high ratings because no way we all stayed in the same hotel lol

I would say rooms were rather big and the breakfast was really good. I cannot say that the staff spoke English or any other language other than Spanish. The cleanliness of the rooms were also not bad. The location is somewhat walking distance to some attractions and sites. Guests can also order to the hotel from any food delivery apps such as Glovo to dine in.
